The restaurant shared its lobby with the Kimpton Claret Hotel, which looked nice and modern, but the dining area itself has a vibe similar to average business hotel, mainstream, not overly formal or fancy. Perhaps because it’s newly opened, the menu was quite simple. Beyond wood-fired pizzas, it offers burgers, salads, and a few pasta dishes. Both pizzas and pasta were made fresh in house. For lunch, there are five pizza options, with customizable toppings available; four entree choices; and three pasta selections and two salads. No soups or desserts though. Dinner options were similar but with more varieties and larger portions. Ordered the classic brisket ragu and a Wagyu burger with salad. Though desserts weren’t available, the server kindly offered a yogurt-strawberry angel food cake from the hotel’s room service, so ordered a cup of locally roasted coffee to complement the dessert. The pasta sauce was well balanced, neither too acidic nor salty. The brisket was tender and flavorful and the pasta was smooth and chewy. The Wagyu burger had a coal smoked flavor and rich meatiness, with tender, juicy patties that weren’t overly dense. Overall, the food here was tasty and pretty good, though the menu options felt somewhat limited. It would be great if they can add soups, desserts, and french pressed coffee to the menu to make the dining experience more complete in the future. The restaurant is located on the first floor of the Kimpton Claret Hotel.

Great date night place! Love the pizza oven and atmosphere! All the good was really good especially the bread. Could use a little less salt in some dishes. Overall, great people, place, and food!

Saverina is a beautiful restaurant and lounge located within the Kimpton Claret hotel. We stopped down for a meat and cheese plate plus some after dinner drinks and had a wonderful overall experience! This is a great spot for date night as well.

We came as a big group for dinner and left very satisfied. Food was great, atmosphere was nice, servers were polite/gracious. Food came on time and it was really good desserts! As a vegetarian I also had options to eat that were healthy and at times satisfying. The meat options according to my friends were plentiful and very tasty.

Recommend definitely for out of towners and localities alike!

Stayed at the hotel and ate here for 2 dinners and 2 breakfast. I say is pretty solid. Maybe a little short staffed when busy, but when sat down and ordered they gave me the attention needed.

The food was good! Not the best ever food but definitely be one that I would return and stay at the hotel and eat more of and even out of my way to come here if I visit Denver again.

Food pricing is moderate for a 4.5 star hotel pricing is reasonable, especially through credit card perks, getting comp on the meals, pricing didn’t bother me at all

Halo (the rooftop bar) was closed for a private event, so we ended up at the downstairs bar & were not disappointed! Wonderful drinks, excellent service, and a pleasant ambiance where you don’t have to scream to talk. The espresso martinis in particular were out of this world! Highly recommend for a work happy hour.

Loved the atmosphere and the food was pretty good! Leo was our server and did a great job. Only downside was we paid for water when we wanted tap, but didn’t realize that we were paying $8 for water. Poor communication on that – we went for breakfast and dinner. Overall very nice, just make sure to specify tap water and not accept the still water in the fancy glass bottle.

Eric was the best! He made us a dessert that was one of the best desserts we’ve ever had. Couldn’t recommend Eric and this restaurant more. Food and service was as good as it gets! Saverina you need to add his dessert to the menu, if you don’t you’re making a terrible mistake!
