Finally, a true AYCE sushi place in the Greenville area that doesn’t taste like the traditional AYCE. Fresh ingredients, great quality. We tried about half the menus and everything was delicious. Definitely the best value for good sushi you’re gonna find damn near anywhere.

Our server is the best server ever! Mrs.A makes us feel welcome every time we come and so friendly. Also the food is so good the prices are very good for the quality of food which is superb. My fiance and I went here for a lunch date and it was our first time there. From start to finish, it was a great experience! We did the unlimited sushi and every roll we got was crafted to perfection! The staff was attentive and friendly. The restaurant was very clean as well. We will definitely be back!

We love coming to Ichiban! It’s my new favorite sushi place. The sushi is always so fresh and delicious! I’ve never went there and not enjoyed it. If it were up to me I’d go daily!
Edit to my rating: it pains me to do this, because I loved Ichiban so much!!! It was my absolute favorite restaurant. When we started going, lunch was either $16.95 or $17.95 but now it’s like every time we go the price goes up! Last I checked I believe it was $21.95 or $20.95. For lunch!! It’s so sad because I came here probably twice a week for several months, brought all of my friends and family, all for the prices to just keep going up and up. The most unfortunate part was the fact that they added this rule that everyone has to get AYCE or al a carte. This was just the nail in the coffin. My girlfriend and I also do the same thing, I get AYCE and she gets one roll. We never share and they should know this. We are there all the time and we have never shared, always tipped well, and always finished what we ordered. And we were told that we would have to sit at separate tables or both order off the same menu.
It’s very sad because we loved it here, and the food is still very good, but because of price and rule changes, we will not be back. Hopefully they go back to their prior rules and we can come back, because this was my favorite sushi in town.

My husband and I have become regulars here on date night. We like the quiet relaxed atmosphere. They have an extensive menu. We usually get the all-you-can-eat option because there are so many delicious choices. The sashimi is top-notch and the rolls are fresh, beautiful, and very generous in size. This is not an all you can eat buffet. To the contrary it has the feel of a sophisticated restaurant with the benefit of getting to try lots of different authentic dishes. Highly recommend!

Update: Tonight wasn’t as great. The vegetables were not much different than regular places, certainly not as delicious as last time… But then there was the added issue of that it was squash instead of zucchini. The waitress said she asked and the guy said they’re both zucchini. I said well- they are both types of squash, but brown rice and white rice might both be the same thing but they are quite different in taste. We had to wait for refills multiple times. We will still go back but it just wasn’t as good as the first time we went. Oh and no more decor and flair on the plates.

My hibachi steak was just ok, but the veggies were some of the best hibachi veggies I’ve had anywhere– not mushy overdone and not still raw. I do wonder how those flowers get cleaned between orders, but ya know. We will def be back!

Best sushi near downtown Greer and it’s all you can eat! I’m very picky about sushi, but Ichiban checks all of my boxes! It’s in the same location where Romano’s was located. They also serve other Asian cuisine that is delicious!
In addition to the great food, the service is great! The staff is attentive and friendly.
Give Ichiban a try, they won’t disappoint!

Sincerely a gem of a restaurant; Ichiban puts other all-you-can-eat-sushi places to shame. Every bite of sushi was delectable – I want to come back and try every roll!
I’ve had other delicious sushi, but the crab rangoon was the single best crab rangoon I’ve eaten, ever! Thanks, Ichiban – I may be spoiled on crab rangoon for the rest of my life
