The menu does not specify if a sandwich comes with lettuce. My cheesesteak said there was chicken, bacon, provolone, and chipotle sauce. I took off onions because I didn’t realize that lettuce would be on there too or else I would’ve taken it off too. I waited a little while for my order, but saw that it was made right and then another person came up and pointed at the tablet and then added the extra stuff. When I was handed my order, I couldn’t tell that there was onions and was asked, “ Tomato, lettuce, onion?” I stuttered because I didn’t get what he was asking , but told him that I don’t think that should be there, but he handed it to me. It was all wrong. The receipt is technically correct and the person that printed it, Sofia, was patient and kind, she wasn’t the one that made the sandwich.

The cashiers cannot add or subtract. I had 2 people argue me down about my change. One even pulled out a calculator & still got the wrong number. Y’all need to start asking these “employees” do they know basic math because obviously they don’t. Everybody slow.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place is absolutely disgusting and extremely slow. I ordered a Large Turkey Bacon Club and a large fry. First they me a small sandwich and I went back and told them. They pretended to remake my sandwich and handed me back the same sandwich. I went back to get them to remake it and they finally did. But I noticed that the guy cooking is not cleaning the grill in between making sandwiches. Luckily right before he cooked my sandwich, another worker cleaned it before making mine. Whoever owns this place should ashamed and disgusted with themselves. It’s been a while since I’ve been here and wanted to give them a chance. NEVER AGAIN!!! Save your time, save your money. If you want a Philly cheesesteaks, there are better places in Baton Rouge

My cousin recommended this place because the food was allegedly good. Well I went with her today and NEVER AGAIN she felt the same exact way. Horrible customer service I would’ve asked for a refund if the line wasn’t so long. We already waited a long time before receiving our food, the guy was super rude, impatient, horrible multitasking skills, and ignorant. While I was paying he walked off, didn’t ask if I wanted a receipt or anything. Not only that but the minute my cuzzin and I made it to the end all of a sudden he wanted to take orders. Not just a few orders either more like the entire rest of the long line and I am not exaggerating. Mind you our food is just sitting there getting cold, finally gets to us and treated us as if we were difficult customers or something. Once we get our food he basically almost chucks it on the counter at us. Never said have a nice day, sorry for the wait or anything. My cousin asked for a bag and he definitely chucked it at her. See this is what you call, if you don’t like your job find a new one. Not only that but he acted as if they were the only source of food in the entire would. Like seriously, the food didn’t even partially make up for his attitude, and it was so bad we didn’t even have an appetite for the food. We were super nice and simple but that didn’t work. We have a funeral to attend in two days and he made us feel a lot worse then we already felt. Thanks Kelvin you outdid yourself with your horrible customer service.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS LOCATION. They disregard any special request you put on the ticket. I’ve given them numerous chances because the food is good. When someone ask for stuff to be left off of a sandwich there is a reason for that. Whether it’s allergies or whatever. I’m no longer spending my money where the same care isn’t put into the delivery as it is for an in person order. Don’t waste your time folks.

First time trying them, as I usually order from someplace else in the food court. So glad I chose then. Juicy strips of steak served piping hot with melty cheese and all the fixings that come with it. My sandwich was ordered and done while other people were still waiting in line at Chick Fil A for their orders. I don’t think I’ve had a better cheesesteak in BR than this.

That small sandwich crumbled with love in my mouth, the succulent thin slices of beef melted in every bite like a snow flake melting on my window in a winter night, the bread was very light and in every bite takes me to a serene horizon of passion, thank you for Divine voyage in the island of taste!
