We had the brick over Pizza our way. Good quality ingredients. But just need the crust to be cooked more. It was doughy. Otherwise very nice customer service! So happy my Aunt has a great Italian restaurant near her now.

Today I ordered the toasted Turkey foot long with lettuce, spinach, onions, bell peppers, banana peppers, pepper jack cheese and mayo. It was very good! The women working were very friendly and the sandwich was prepared quickly. The interior of the restaurant was clean, same with the restroom. This subway is located in a cute small town in Kentucky, I loved it!

Don’t use the app cause it’s never done, I placed a order at 5:00pm got there around 5:30pm and they hadn’t even started it, place was empty and ended up waiting on my order until 5:40pm just standing there. Not sure what the deal is. Literally handed me my food moment’s after the screenshot

Ok, it’s a Subway…….but, this is an amazing one. Staff was absolutely polite, accurate on the orders, and fun! Dining room is one of the biggest I’ve ever seen for a Subway. We were just passing through and thought we’d give it a try…glad we did.

Not bad, but it took so long to fix the food. Also, the meatballs seems to have gotten smaller than they were before. I ate a foot long meatball sub and wasn’t even full. I could have easily eaten another foot long plus some.

A old lady was high af and tweaking and she gave the ladies at the counter money and said to shake em off cause there might be stuff on em. They handled it well all things considered. They deserve a raise after stuff like this. Stay classy cumberland county

Food and service was good…7/24/19 owners discipline actions was terrible! Owners daughter was in line behind us, she was upset that she hadn’t been waited on, rightly so, I agree the young man should have been out front helping, but she called her mom in and she come storming thru the door, told him to get in the back, left 2 guys waiting on their sandwiches, there was a total of 5 people waiting at the counter, we could hear her hollering at him from the back. Not taking up for the boy, dont even know him, but she was back there crawling all over him for not waiting on her daughter and left 2 other customers standing there with their sandwiches half made. All the while the girl was standing out there smiling. If your gonna treat the employees like that dont do it where everybody can hear. I Normally dont do reviews, everybody has bad days, but this troubled me all night. Sorry, but BAD business.

Food is exceptional. Horrible management. Would not recommend going in if there is a small red headed girl behind the counter. Very rude and hateful. I personally know several people who quit because of bad management.
