While the food may be good, a woman possibly the manager who prepared the food didn’t not change her gloves after touching very unsanitary surfaces. I observed her rub her hands on her apron, throw leftover bread at another worker, rub her hands under her apron around the button of her pants and finally as I was pouring my drink she was handling her personal mobile phone (pink wallet case) with the same gloves she finished my sandwich with. I didn’t get a name, but she wears a pink rubber wedding ring. It really turned me off from the meal. My sandwich was also left on the grill too long and charred the meat.. It looks like bacon but this is a 13

Love me some Jersey Mikes! My go to spot when either im watching my calories or not. Best sub spot hands down. The employees were friendly and my food tasted fresh and delicious. Did not skimp on portions.

This location has been good to me. Lately quality has slipped but not due to lack of trying. I don’t know how the staff can be expected to handle a nonstop bombardment of online orders while juggling a line out the door. There needs to be a cap or limit on how many orders can be received each hour. When I went in they counter was lined with orders being received and prepped and the staff couldn’t keep up. It reduces quality, accuracy, and care. Not to mention food handling procedures being loosely followed. Not due to carelessness, but by my observation, due to of the intense amount of expectation and stress on the employees. If better processes aren’t put in place to help accommodate the new world of online ordering I think Jersey Mike’s will crumble from high priced poor quality food.

We had our credit card information stolen from this business more than once first time was for over $1000! Today our information stolen again,so I called and tried speak to the manager. The employee that answered the phone hung up on me when I tried to explained what was going on so I called them back and then they got very defensive! They refused to offer for a manager or district manager to contact me. I’d avoid this place, evidently the employees are stealing credit card information

Such another great eatery to come to Ardmore! So glad to have another legit sandwich shop besides Subway. Staff was super friendly and courteous and the food met expectations! Will be back. Hoping they add a proper driveway though to help with street access, a little cumbersome to get to.

Food was terrible. Walked in around 8pm and they were basically closed. No bread, the lettuce was more brown than green and the bacon was disgusting. One employee seemed slightly embarrassed, but everyone else in there seemed upset that I showed up an hour before they close.
