Fantastic service, drinks, and delicious dinner for a snowy downtown evening. We started with the Jhol momo, and it was so flavorful and delicious that I’m glad we saved the sauce to dip the naan in. Speaking of naan.. we frequent other Thai/Indian restaurants in town, and the naan we got was arguably the best in town. Incredibly well done. I got the Thukpa with pork and my partner got the chicken keema. Our server warned us about the spice of the keema, and oh boy was she right in the very best way. My thukpa was at a perfect medium spice to my liking with a really great cook on the pork.

Definitely at the top of my list of places to return to in Concord!! Really appreciated the attentiveness of our serve as well, she was so kind and very thorough on making sure everything was to our liking.

As soon as I learned about New Everest, I knew my wife and I were going to need to pay them a visit. And it was worth it!

Staff were friendly, courteous, and on the ball. We got started with a couple of drinks and an order of samosas, which come with both a tart and slightly sweet tamarind sauce and spicy onion chutney. My wife remarked that the samosas were even better than those of the Curry Leaf in Concord, which already has some of the best Indian food you’ll ever find – so honestly, that’s a compliment to both restaurants.

We ordered a couple of other appetizers so that we could try as many items as we could. Pakhreli wings were flavorful and perfectly cooked, Jhol vegetable momos were served in a robust tomato/peanut timur sauce (I requested medium heat, which provided a nice balance), and my wife’s Saag paneer was so good she said she hoped she could come back and have more for breakfast and lunch tomorrow! Their Everest naan was like their take on garlic bread, a super-thin naan topped with butter, garlic, cilantro, and 100% pure deliciousness – soft, yet firm to the bite.

Total bill for five food items, a mixed drink, a glass of wine, and an order of hot Nepali Chiya (tea) came to $90 pre-tip. Seriously, I would expect to pay much more for food of this quality. If you’ve been looking for a new place to dine that offers some of the best Nepalese or Indian food around, you owe it to yourself to stop by!

Tsering is so cute, and he always makes me the yummiest dishes! He’s in charge of the pantry fry here. All the chefs work really hard and cook with warmth and love. I love it here, I often come with my friends and always recommend this place. I usually get the chicken or pork chowmein, medium spicy it’s my go-to and super yummy, perfectly fried with seasoned meat. I also get the garlic naan with chicken korma. It’s the best combo ever! If anything comes up with your food, just let the owner know, and he’ll do his best to advocate for your concerns.

We just walked right in and got a seat. Super tasty. The nan was perfect and they didn’t mind customizing it so there was no cilantro.

I ordered mine as ‘hot’ and it matched my pallet well. Be careful and don’t order hotter than you can handle!

Serving staff was lovely and food came out quick. I wish I ordered one of the Nepali beers. I would recommend this place and hope to come back next time we pass through.

Wish I had a photo of the food but by the time I thought that I was halfway done. It was too good to wait.

The first time we visited, the food was very good. The place is nice and has good vibes. My husband loved the curry and pakora.
I reduced one star because our second visit wasn’t as great. I didn’t enjoy the Jhol Momo, and the taste felt a bit dull. The service could also be improved — it wasn’t very busy, and although there was only one girl working (so we understand the delay), we still had to wait quite a long time.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this place for the food and to try Nepalese cuisine. They just need a little improvement with the Jhol Momo and service.

This is a super delicious restaurant near the capitol/end of Main Street downtown. We had a fantastic Saturday lunch with great service including momos, kadai, tandoori chicken, naan, and tea. We went there another time for dinner on a Friday night and it was much busier but also delicious food including curry. We were able to get a walk in spot both times but folks coming later for dinner had to wait. I’ve enjoyed Nepalese food in a few other NH restaurants, but this was better than I’ve had in a bit (and the Indian fare is yummy too). They clearly have a very popular take out business too. Prices were very reasonable.

My experience at this place was wonderful! To begin with- it was a nice, peaceful and cozy place. The ambiance was great. The owner and staffs were friendly.
Jhol momo is one of the must try dishes. The “jhol” which is the soup that comes with the momo was great!! The chicken chowmein had the authentic Nepali taste. To go with that I had Fanta Mojito (non alcoholic) which was refreshing. There were other exciting drinks on the menu as well!! Overall, I had a great experience with a happy tummy

Very, very tasty. We especially enjoyed the jhol momo. Malai kofte sauce was rich and creamy, and the Everest naan was a bit heavy for our taste (lots of butter and oil—tasty, but not the right accompaniment for the kofte). Service was pleasant and quick (we went for a Saturday lunch, and the dining room was about half full). Couldn’t ask for more. This place rocks.

Yes, there’s a new Star in town and it’s the New Everest Momo & Curry Restaurant! This eatery opened its’ doors just four months ago in January, 2025. They offer a delicious taste of Nepali and Indian cuisine that’s truly authentic and chock-full of bright flavors.

Shortly after being seated, we were asked as to what our preferred level of heat/spice would be for our main meal which is nice for those of us who can’t handle ‘Fire Dragon’ level on the heat scale! Hence, I went with mild.

The menu offered a wide variety of traditional dishes that has the option of adding a choice of meat or simply a choice of no meat at all. There’s also a fun option to create your own dish!

We began with Chhoila Momo. This traditional appetizer of Nepal features steamed momo served with Chhoila sauce and herbs. —Sooo good! For our entrees we tried the traditional Nepali dishes of Chhoila with chicken and Chowmein with pork. Both dishes were flavorful, delicious and very satisfying. The Coconut Naan bread was really good too! And last, but certainly not least, our dessert. That was Rasmalai, which are small mounds of cake made with cheese with a lovely drizzle of sweet milk and nuts. This is not a regular cheesecake dessert, but a dessert that’s light, tasty, and different in every good way!

I must also mention our Server, Shweta, who was wonderful! —So sweet, humble and tremendously proud of her heritage and their new restaurant. The other servers were also very nice and attentive.

Overall, the food was outstanding, and portions generous. The vibe is clearly relaxed for a casual dining experience. Prices are reasonable and service was excellent. *Very highly recommend. We wish them all the best and plan to return very soon!

*FYI: It did take a while for our food to be served, but let me tell you, it was well worth the wait!!! The easy pace afforded a special time to stop, relax and smell the roses… and some great food as well!

We absolutely loved our visit to New Everest Momo! The momos were the real star. So many options to choose from — steamed, fried, different fillings, spice levels. Every plate came out fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The sauces/chutneys added that extra punch and really elevated each bite. You can tell they put care into both taste and quality.

The owner was friendly, but our server Liza truly stood out. She was cheerful, kind, and super helpful with recommendations. Service like that makes the whole experience even better.

We’ll definitely be back soon to try more from the menu!
