This location has one of the most rudest managers i’ve ever spoken to! I placed a mobile order and due to the drive thru being packed my food was cold ( i believe it was already cold) and when i went to speak to someone i was told it was my fault for being late! I’m sorry but in what universal is the customer blamed bc you can’t manage to keep your drive thru running in a timely matter? I tried to inform the manager that i had placed the order 0.2 miles away so there is no reason why the food should be ice cold. but he didn’t want to hear it. The way i received my food i believe it was old cold food that they probably wanted to get rid of so they threw it onto a mobile order which is disgusting! and wrong!

I have the deepest respect for the people behind the counter in these fast food places or chain of restaurants you find in the USA, especially when they have the right attitude, positivity and customer service as I have encountered at this location – in other parts of the world this would be a huge gamble and treated with so much disrespect just because you are a woman for example!
We reached this location as we could not find a restaurant off 55, which passes nearby, and wanted to travel fast to the coast and the guy behind the counter was very professional explaining to me the little differences between the fast food on offer – I very rarely step in these places as I need lots of vegetable to give me the vitamins I need.
Not only was the food great, but so were the drinks. The place was clean, clean cut – clearly an asset to the chain. Well done.

The drive-through service was great. The food, not so much. Chalky-dry steak bites with an odd flavor. Soggy Italian sandwich with a spoiled tomato smell. I threw it all out. At least I wasn’t hungry any more.

I had to drive out to this location because the one in the Southaven horn lake area was so rude. The manger called and told me and my husband we could drive here and get a free meal on them for both of us. This location is very clean the employees are nice and management is trying their best to insure the customers have a positive experience.

Walked in and my first impression was it was very nasty. Tables haven’t been cleaned at all, people also left their trash. The card readers were coverd in some kind of dust but also very ick. Went to the front and was really not inviting or friendly. But then after I placed my husband’s to go order and after standing for a while a lady finally came over and I guess maybe tried filling the order, but still didn’t get it after waiting a bit, so then a nice guy asked if I had gotten my order so he got it for us, he was very nice and friendly. I wanted to add that the kids meals chicken is very nasty, they are dark and taste sweet has to be the nastiest chicken strips. Please go back to the small nuggets. Everything else was ok.

Excellent! Must be under new management or something and I totally approve. My last review, a few months ago, I only gave 1 star…well, I have been here 2 times in the past 2 weeks and it was worth the $25 I spent on 2 fast food meals! Good, fresh food and service with a smile is the least we (customers) should get for the cost of the food and the fact that the employees are well paid. The quality of service we received these past 2 times get a 100% from me! Keep up the good work!!
