I came by for a quick lunch break, the staffers greeted us as we walked in.
I came for their Sub of the Day, which was the Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki, Wednesday’s Special. What I like about this is the customized of the sandwich and make it a meal with chips and soda. The Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki sandwich was messy but delicious! It’s like having a salad all in one!
Definitely coming back since staff were nice!! ☺️

I ordered the daily special which came with a small cup of cold drink. The young lady offered to replace the cold drink with water when I asked if they have bubble water. I asked her several times if the regular bottled water costs more, she said it’s a replacement and I have to get a drink, otherwise, I don’t get the daily special even if I don’t want any drinks. It sounded like the water doesn’t cost extra. She has a very heavy accent, speaks very fast, it was difficult to understand her replies. . When she ran the register, The total was a few dollars more, I questioned it, she reran, this time it was lower but still higher than what I expected. Turned out, I could not refuse a free soft drink and must pay extra to get water. It was pretty surreal. I also had to ask for the free chips after she moved on to help others . The small bag for the sandwich costs 10 cents which was torn the minute I stepped out of the store. So they expect you to carry your subway without the small flimsy paper bag?! What has subway degraded to?

Out of many Subway locations I’ve been to this one is by far the worst!!! I’ve ordered Philly Cheesesteak with extra onions and it’s literally worse than the one from the frozen section of any supermarket. Philly cheese bread with a hint of steak meat and a piece of onion is what I got and whomever made this junk gotta be ashamed

I go to this place so much that the employees remember my order now! The place is super clean and staff is very friendly and patient. I love their chicken and Veggie Delite sandwiches. Their footlong cookie is the best! I will 100% recommend this place to everyone.

I went in for the meal of the day which is 6.99. The poster clearly says it applies to any 6inch sandwich and comes with chips and a small drink. The Indian man at the counter tried to tell me the meal of the day promotion didn’t apply to me because I didn’t have meat in my sandwich which is so dumb and wrong. He charged me full price even though the poster says other wise. Super inconvenient

I wanted to get points so I used the app while in the store. The rude employee told me it’ll be ready in 20 minutes and that I should’ve ordered at the front instead. Tells me he’s doing other things and will make my sandwich when he’s done. Then I watch him proceed to make a subpar sandwich and instead of handing it to me, he puts it on the online order shelf, finishes another sandwich, then tells me my sandwich is on the shelf. After asking why he didn’t just give it to me, he says he’s following protocol. With major attitude. The attitude of this man was definitely below subway’s friendly norm.

Love coming to this subway during my lunch break at work! Their ingredients are always fresh and delicious. The employee that was taking my order was so friendly. And if you ask for extra of something they will give you extra! They are very generous with their servings which is why I love this location! Clean and quiet location great place to enjoy a tasty subway and relax.

Went to this location for lunch. I’m 3 months pregnant and asked the Aida the associate to please place my bread on the paper and not the bare counter as she did. I have autoimmune disease and am very high risk to illnesses.She was very rude! She stated that she has the right to refuse service to anyone. And that customers are never right! I asked the other associate to make my sandwich, at which Aida butted in and said not to distract the other lady. Worst service ever! People like her don’t need to work in customer service with the messed up attitude that Aida has!
