Chef was great, very interactive with our kids. Food was fresh and delicious, my husband got the hibachi steak & shrimp, my son had the chicken katsu & my daughter and I shared the lovers boat which was a great deal! Overall we were very happy and I can’t wait to come back for the AYCE sushi!

We had such a fabulous time at Mt Fuji for my birthday dinner. Our chef was super fun and engaging and had a lot of tricks up his sleeve. Not only that, but the food he prepared for us was so tasty. I ordered the filet mignon and chicken hibachi, which was popular with our group – delicious and heaping portions!
One thing they could do to improve the vibe though is to play some music as the HVAC is pretty loud (but doesn’t impact conversation, though).

I had an absolutely fantastic time at Mt Fuji Sushi & Hibachi! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, clean, and welcoming — a perfect mix of modern and Japanese style that instantly makes you feel relaxed.
The food was outstanding!
The sushi was incredibly fresh and flavorful — every bite tasted like high-quality ingredients crafted with care. Their specialty rolls are beautifully presented and packed with unique flavors. The hibachi experience was so much fun — the chef was entertaining, energetic, and interactive, making the whole table laugh while cooking everything to perfection!
Service was top-notch!
The staff was friendly, attentive, and very professional. They made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us just the right amount. It’s definitely a family-friendly restaurant — the kids loved the hibachi show!
Overall:
Mt Fuji Sushi & Hibachi is now one of my favorite spots! Whether you’re coming for a family dinner, a celebration, or just craving great Japanese food, this place is a must-try. Delicious food, fun atmosphere, and excellent service — what more could you ask for?

We stumbled upon this place by smelling the delicious aroma by walking to a movie. It definitely lived up to the smells. It was giving off. If you’re thinking about eating some food in the area, go here, don’t think about it, just go. The staff is extremely friendly, they squirt sake in your mouth which is worth at least $20 each, and the food is delicious.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. The online menu is so vague so I called in my order with questions and no one could seem to explain what was on the rolls I was asking about. The hostess that answered knew nothing but she was very friendly and tried to help. The food arrived but was absolutely disgusting and unappetizing to look at. We ate a couple bites and threw the rest out. Even the fried banana desert was bad. $60 wasted! TERRIBLE!!

We had a fantastic time and everything was great from start to finish. We came for hibachi dinner on New Year’s Eve during prime time, so there was a wait for our reservation, which was totally understandable. What really stood out was how well everything was handled. The hostess or manager directing the front of the house was phenomenal. She kept us in the loop about where we were at, got at chair for my pregnant friend while we waited for a spot at the bar, and made the wait actually fun by getting us seated at the bar when avaliable with drinks and an appetizer while we waited for our table.
Once we were seated, everything was very prompt and the service was excellent. The whole experience was so much fun, and our chef was incredibly interactive and entertaining. It was honestly one of my favorite hibachi shows I’ve have ever had. The music was also awesome tonight!
We are from out of state visiting family and friends, but we will definitely be back the next time we are in town. Highly recommend!
