I ordered a 14 piece tender and all 14 pieces came correctly. However, 6 of the 14 pieces are too cute. This is a scam. I will upload pictures. Check it out. I can’t upload one of these because my son already ate it in one bite, but my son said he ate one piece of chicken popcorn. The conclusion is that it was smaller than in the pictures.
There is one biscuit in the photo for comparison. So, 5 tenders + 1 piece that my son ate in one bite, a total of 6 pieces, are this small in size.

Person taking the order did not have proper skills for that role.
1. Ordered two drinks, only got one. And it didn’t even come with a straw.
2. Ordered mashed potatoes but those weren’t given to us. Had to circle back through the drive through.
No apologies or anything for screwing up our order twice. There were also only 2 people working and it was slow, not sure how service could be so poor.

NOTE: Many reviews here claim bad service. As of 2025, management has changed. Service has improved by a LOT!
Food: Very good. I will die by the statement that the Popeye’s spicy bacon & cheese chicken sandwich is the best out of any fast food establishment.
Service: Workers are very friendly and always seem to be in a good mood, no problems taking my order and my food gets done pretty quickly.
Atmosphere: Pretty tiny restaurant, not a lot of space. But honestly it makes it feel very cozy and I’m all for that. Isn’t usually busy, it’s nice to take a seat while eating.
All in all, awesome food and staff, and the location is extremely convenient for me personally. I can take literally < 1 minute walk out of work for a quick bite before I head home :)

I came here with my friend after a long drive back from Wisconsin. I ordered a 5pc spicy tender combo with fries and a lemonade. When I got to the window, I was handed a watered down cheap lemonade rather than the home made lemonade that I paid extra for. When I went back around to complain, I was given a hard time about it and I had to tell the worker which lemonade machine to use. She double checked with my friend about her order, which she got blackened chicken tenders and a side of mashed potatoes (not the combo), which we had to emphasize for the 3rd time. We were told to pull forward and wait for our food, when we got our food, I was given the regular chicken although i ordered the spicy, and it was hard as a rock. My friend was given a combo after repeatedly telling the employees that she did not want that, and they did not give us our mashed potatoes and gravy. I wanted to go back around and complain about the food, but there was no point in trying to reason with them based on our initial experience with the lemonade. After reading some of the other reviews, I can conclude that it is most likely the same employee/manager giving everybody below average service and a difficult time. I will not be returning to this establishment.

Second time I visited this location and it was the second time they didn’t put all the items ordered and paid for in the bag. Twice burned in the drive thru and once got nasty quality while dining in. Pass on this location and go to any other quick serve restaurant in Schaumburg/Hoffmn Estates area.

Paid $20.00 for a cold, 2 piece chicken tender meal that came with 8 fries. Meal was suppose to be 3 piece but I got a small half of one piece. Crazy.

Good new experience for Popeyes Chiken. Beautiful colors and their workers or helps are amazing. The service is good, they help you with the order. The food is always good if you are looking for chicken. The ambiance, in general, is perfect. The bathroom is super clean. Thank you for everything.
