I was just in there on 9/26 at 7:35 pm. There were 2 employees they seemed young but they were both phenomenal, polite, and seemed like they had great heads on their shoulders.

There was this older woman ….she accidentally put salt on my salad instead of black pepper(what I asked for) and instead of her letting me know that she messed my salad up she continued to make it, assuming I didn’t know she messed up …..and she gave me the salad knowing she messed up …..it’s honestly sad cause I could’ve been sickly and had health problems to where it was unhealthy for me to consume salt and something very life threatening could’ve happened but she didn’t care she still served it to me ………it’s crazy cause she jumped when she realized she put the wrong thing but she continued going

Went here with the wife. My sandwich was alright was an online order. I watched them make it. The woman behind the counter started to make it with the wrong chicken. She was pretty rude. She was rude to my wife as she ordered. Unfriendly staff. My food was okay. Will not return due to bad customer service/experience.

This location is advertised as accepting the $6.99 foot long deal… but they disable the ability to order a foot long on all sandwiches in the app and on the website. I don’t know why I even bothered to try to make an order. There have been no good experiences ordering from here. Sad sandwiches and rude employees.

Wouldn’t recommend this subway. Asked for a few extra black olives and was told there’s an olive shortage and got 7 olives for a foot long sub.. Won’t be going to this subway again..

I just left there and they were EXTREMELY rude. There’s a dark haired younger girl who wouldn’t stop saying “well we close in 30 minutes” there were crumbs everywhere, spilled drinks, it was awful. Wish they had better service!!! Won’t be wasting money on them anymore! Because not only was the service disrespectful, my sandwich was made so SLOPPY!!! Hope they make some changes.

This location is almost always below par in many areas. Consistently struggles to keep the restaurant in proper conditions.
This location is registered as accepting coupons and has for the longest time, but suddenly to my knowledge I go go to get a 3 for 18 and the manager rudely tells me that they don’t accept coupons and neither does the locations around them. More specifically that they NEVER did; gaslighting your customers who only go there with coupons into saying they never accepted them isn’t good customer relations and becoming aggressive with them will only make them reasonably madder.
It’s illegal for a location such as this to give out coupons and then not except them unless there is signage and clear advertisement that says the location does not except coupons.
False advertisement is not a joke.
