This Jimmy johns is a nightmare. Workers are always a disaster. 90% of the time when I show up in the afternoon it is closed hours early even when they are supposed to be open and it says they are online. Very frustrating to drive all the way there when it says they’re open and the doors are locked. Terrible service.

Placed on online order for 6:15pm which processed online taking my money and my coupon off my account. Arrived at the location at 6:15pm to find it is closed regardless of online orders being opened and google saying the store is open until 8pm.
Don’t even have a way to process a refund online for the order.

So my mom orders the turkey avocado sandwich because she loves avocado. We have never had so little on one of the sandwiches before. She couldn’t even find it and had to ask about it. They said it was in between the cheese. She found it and was still disappointed about the amount. So I went up and asked for a side of avocado and got attitude about how they normally make people pay for extra avocado and it’s supposed to be 1 tablespoon. It was definitely not a tablespoon. When they got us the side of avocado, they had to open a new bag, so I’m guessing whoever made the sandwich, scrapped the container empty and didn’t want to open a new bag to put the correct amount on the sandwich. Either way, I didn’t appreciate the attitude about corporate’s policy. I worked fast food for 14 years as an assistant manager and I would never allow my crew to talk like that to a customer. If they said it wasn’t enough avocado, then it wasn’t enough and you get them more no questions ask. Not to mention, how did she even know that the sandwich maker had put the proper amount on the sandwhich? Also, when I walked up to ask for more avocado, she was standing at the register on her phone. The food was great but I was pretty bummed about the service. Although there was one young man that seemed to be doing everything and had taken our order originally and was really nice. 2 thumbs up for him!

5-star service from Gabe and Andy all the way! I got there at 10:19 starving after a hot yoga class and yearning for a Beach Club Unwich (and pressed for time due to an 11am work call). Without a blink – no problem at all “whattya need ma’aam, happy to help”! These guys are awesome. I’ve had other places like Kohl’s, Panera, Nail places, Qdoba, etc. wait until the EXACT moment standing on the other side of the door with a line of people until they would unlock the door.
I’m glad to see in 2024, there are people, especially in the age bracket of 18-24 that have a good business sense. The owner of this Jimmy John’s should know these guys are hard workers and are going the extra mile to keep customers happy.

I commonly go to this location along with the Oconomowoc location based on the fact that they’re equal distances from me, I’d actually say I visit the Oconomowoc location more. When I walk into Delafield after not visiting for a few weeks the friendly manager still knows my order! This guy is awesome!

Called and placed a catering order a week+ in advance. Said all was good and we could pick up at 9:45 (45 minutes before they open. By the way, we have done this 3 years in a row). Called the day before to confirm and he (the general manager) was checking and was going to call back. He did not. I called AGAIN to confirm, they said yes. I said “for pick up at 9:45?” they said “oh sorry, we cannot do that. It will have to be 10:30. If we accommodated you, I would have to get here an hour earlier. We will void your order.” We placed at another Jimmy John’s and they accommodated our order. Do not place a catering order here and expect to have it any earlier then 10:30, even when they originally say yes. I am a small business owner myself, and would absolutely accommodate customers on any day.

Service and food to be expected from JJ’s. Good smells, friendly staff took our order right away, and had 3x sandwiches out in several minutes. A massive relief after the terrible experience we had at the Pewaukee JJ’s prior to coming here.
