I ordered food for my family from here through diner dash and these people completely messed up the order. It was an easy enough order, 2 chicken parm subs with fries, 1 order of lasagna, 2 chocolate mousse cakes, and 1 cheesecake. After tip and delivery it came up to about $83. We ended up getting 1 sub with fries, 1 lasagna, and 3 cheesecake. I called back up to the restaurant and was told the manager would call me right back, and an hour later still nothing. I would highly recommend just avoiding this place.

Worst experience I ever had ordered all meat pizza and garlic cheese bread get there employee tells me they have no garlic bread and I will have to get credit through slice because I ordered online and then gives me my pizza with nothing on it but ham and pepperoni I ask him about it and he informed me they have no sausage or beef but wasn’t going to tell me until I opened the pizza and questioned it. I will never order from there again I basically just paid 30 dollars for a 2 topping pizza

I ordered wings small pizza and Curley fries. Took four and a half hours for them to deliver it. I called at one point and was like hey where’s my food guy was nice and understanding but took 2 hours after that phone call to still get my food. Food was hot and tasted good just wish I could have got it sooner.

I ordered lasagna with garlic bread and salad with house dressing. Everything was delicious. Also, food was delivered and the delivery lady was prompt and the nicest lady ever. I am a truck driver and, I will definitely order from here again whenever I’m in the Baytown area.

Their service sucks placed an order was told it would be delivered in 45 minutes to an hour. So 2 hours later and our pizza was still there in the oven. I called at an hour and a half and he told me the driver was on the way. When I called after 2 hours he said that if I wanted to come pick it up it was there at the restaurant. NO THAT’S WHY I CALLED IT IN FOR DELIVERY!!! And he couldn’t tell me that the driver was no coming!!! Will never try to order from there again. He acted like it was no big deal that we waited for 2 hours. Also the website states $15 minimum delivery charge and he told me it was $20 so we had to order other stuff to make it $25.00

I called in and placed an order last night for a small popcorn shrimp dinner but when i got there to pick up my food, the manager rang up a large popcorn shrimp dinner & when i asked why the price was so high he said oops they got u for a large dinner well i just went ahead and paid for it & took my food but i know the manager is the one that took my order over the phone so either he just made me what he wanted too or he made a mistake but either way i should have been charged for what we both know i ordered a small dinner which is 3$ less. Next time someone orders something make them exactly what they order. The manager really doesnt have good customer service.

Over an hour and a half and 3 phone calls later my food still hasnt been delivered and Im only a 7 minute drive from them. This is the third time this has happened. They will not get any more business from me my family or friends. They lie to you over the phone and have a different reason or story everytime you call about the same order. They dont know how to run a business their food is not that good if you even can manage to get it. The few times the food has actually been delivered it’s either been incorrect or cold and soggy and a lot left to be desired. This particular store and the people who run it are trash I would not eat there or order from them ever again. I would rather drive all the way to Pasadena and go to that Village Pizza then give my money to this place. Every other Village I’ve been to has been good and timely with their food this place is just straight trash I do not advise anyone to spend your hard-earned money on such trash as this particular Village.
