I had the worst experience at any restaurant here today. After ordering a bucket of extra crispy chicken, I was told at the drive through window that they didn’t have enough extra crispy and they could substitute original for the extra crispy. I declined and asked how long it would take to wait for extra crispy.. At this point, the girl at the window got irritated and told me it’s a 20 minute wait. I said I was fine with waiting 20 minutes, so after rolling her eyes in disgust she waved me to a place in the parking lot. I set a timer for twenty minutes on my phone and waited after eighteen minutes, I decided to go inside so I could wait in the lobby for my chicken. As soon as I walked in the door and she saw me she came over and said, it’s another five minutes to wait. I said, well, that would mean it’s taking twenty five minutes. She again gave me her disgusted look and said, I only have one fryer that’s how long it’s gonna take. After waiting about three more minutes, she came out of the office went and picked up a bucket filled it with my chicken then disappeared to an area where I could not see her any longer. She returned about a minute later put the lid on the bucket, put it in a bag and handed me my chicken. When I got to my car, I decided to open the bucket to check to make sure I had the eight pieces that I had ordered. As soon as I opened the bucket, I looked in and saw that she had literally scraped every bit of the crunchy outside part of all of the pieces of chicken off and left them in the bottom of the bucket. So my chicken had absolutely no coating on it whatsoever. Every bit of the crispy outside coating was completely scraped off! She was apparently so angry that she decided that she was gonna remove every bit of the crispy part of my chicken because I had the nerve to actually wait twenty five minutes for extra crispy chicken. Apparently the owner of this KFC doesn’t care either. By looking at their reviews about all of their employee’s thisisactuallynormalbehavior!. This will be the last time I ever visit this KFC if you want Kentucky Fried Chicken I would suggest going to the Powdersville KFC their employees don’t have mental issues and are actually polite!
I’m posting a picture of the chicken I received and another of chicken I purchased from KFC in Powdersvilles so you can see what the employee did to my chicken and compare it to how it’s supposed to look.

Service here was AMAZING! Way better than the KFC in pickens. I was extremely disappointed with what KFC calls chicken tenders. You pay,on sale, $10 for what they said was 8 tenders. At least 6 of the 8 tenders I ordered were no bigger than my pinky finger. Come on, yall got to do better. Make the food match the AMAZING service.

I haven’t had KFC in a long time. I will never go back. I got a gift card for Xmas was the only reason I went. Certain family meals you can only order online which is stupid because the older ppl don’t do online ordering. So I had to order a family meal which was not good chicken was soggy probably because the didn’t put the mash potatoes and gravy in my bag and I had to drive 20 min back to the restaurant to pick up. No im sorry we forgot this with your order. Staff was like oh well. Oh well there went my 25 dollar. Wish I never got this gift card. Oh yea my daughter wanted chicken fingers which was small should rename them to chick sticks. I will never ever go back to KFC

Pulled up to drive thru the cashier wasnt friendly..ordered 8 piece with slaw and potatoes and tenders. Got to the window and the male cashier was laughing because he made the next customer mad and they drove off without ordering. I paid and ask for napkins ,plates and spoons ,sat there about 5 minutes and was asked to pull up not sure why but pulled up waited 15 minutes and decided to back up and ask what I was waiting on…when I backed to the window a lady was waiting there and stuck the bag out before I said anything..no sorry or thank you or nothing..I drove off got home and had green beans which I don’t even eat..I called and the guy said he would replace next time I came..I said do you need my name he said no I will remember it..needless to say I didn’t want to deal with them anymore at this point..but I wont go back because it wasnt fresh so not sure why I pulled up

We ordered the 16 piece extra crispy family bucket meal. We didn’t get any white meat at all, if they were out, we were not told. The 2 gravy containers were VERY small and wasn’t even filled halfway. The biscuits were hard as a rock, couldn’t even cut them open or eat them. This is all very unacceptable when we paid $53 for our meal. This restaurant has gone down hill and needs a lot more training.

I contacted KFC to report this and the said they would mail us a voucher for our trouble with our order. They sent us a whole whopping $5. Seriously, that’s how you treat your customers? We won’t be back to ANY KFC establishment again!

Made an online order through uber eats so already paying a premium. Everything was delivered on time etc, but the food was extremely old and tasted like the fryer grease needed to changed. I’d be embarrassed if my store let this food go to a customer.

Went to the drive-thru this is the second time at night time they tell you they don’t have any white meat.
It’s not the first time we drove through at night time when they tell you they don’t have white meat.
Is it amazing that they tell white people they don’t have white meat.
And this is every time I’ve been to this restaurant and so is my friend they tell him we don’t have white meat.

Worst experience ever. I order 12 piece honey BBQ wings and regular fried. When I pulled around I asked the cashier to please make sure my fries were fresh especially since she had me pull down and wait for my order. Well guess what my bag was cold, fries ice cold, oh and my chicken…DEFINITELY COLD AND NOTHING LIKE A HONEY BBQ SAUCE ON THEM. So I’m not sure why I even had to wait. Bad experience I will not return back.

KFC has a “Tuesday Special” that truly is. You can get 8 pieces for $10 or an 8 piece meal for $20. While the chicken is small. It is quite good.

It reminds me of the old days when my family considered KFC fine dining.

I have learned to enjoy them again.
