As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

We went and got 2 pick 2s. They said they didn’t offer the meal. Only on DoorDash….then I get my food and it’s GLOBS of Mayo on both sides of the spicy chicken sandwiches to the point it isn’t even edible. It was disgusting!!! The fries seem like they were fried in old grease. I really want my money back because I’m not about to eat this mess. Extremely disappointed

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Everytime I get from this location I’m missing something or something’s wrong or both. It’s the only location that’s not 20mins out. So sick and tired of trying to get my favorite fast food joint and getting done dirty because the workers can’t read at all. I don’t get how hard it is to skip boxed items for how much they charge. If you like their traditional garlic parmesan wings, they changed to a nasty sauce like most places.. They seemed to recreate buffalo wild wings nasty sauce and made it worse. I ordered a 20 peice and they added a enough sauce to a 50 peice. Taste like shit and added too much on top of it. I’ll never order those wings again with this sauce. Rather have plan wings and make my own sauce at home, which means I’ll just cook my own wings. Kills me.. had something going better then everywhere else and just to copy their downfalls.. smh

Quality food and people work here and are made here. Good for a quick stop or to dine in with the lil ones, good family feel throughout. The workers are skilled and efficient and never disappoint. I love this place for the deals, quality and inexpensive food are rare to find and this place has both.

Run through drive-thru she did not understand what my order was I let it go I end it up paying $20 for a freaking meal.. that was absolutely nasty the burger was gross.. the chili over the fries was so dark and tasted burnt…

Trash service. Super rude employees and incredibly slow. This is not fast food it’s slow slow food every time I go there. There’s also homeless people asking you for money every month of the year that’s not winter sitting at the outside eating what you have to walk past and sit at the drive-thru that never moves.

Why is it the last three times I have gone through the drive-thru, they tell me that they are only taking online orders and doordash. No explanation is ever given in the open sign is on. It just doesn’t make sense to me. Like,0 you trying to appear like you’re open but y’all just don’t want to work unless an online order comes through or something?!?
I mean when they want to work it’s great, prices are pretty good and the service isn’t too bad. The food is really fresh but good luck getting food when you go there, unless of course you pre-order.. ♀️

If I could leave no stars I would. I came here today at 11:50 pm and they told me they were closed looking at the online hours it says open till 2 am . You can see my frustration because it’s late not a lot of restaurants are open right now so I went out of my way for rallys thinking they’d be open .
