Glad that I tried out this place at Acqualina. The restaurant was quite empty on a Friday night, but they served food until 10pm.
I ordered salmon tartar and unagi. Both were delicious, and the portions were decent size. Salmon tartar came without any crisps or something to scoop it with, so I asked my server to bring me some. My drink was nice as well. I guess it would be more fun on a busier night. Beware, they automatically include 18% gratuity to your bill.

Incredible sushi. The salmon with pear alone is unreal. Highly recommend. We let Chef Edwin curate the experience, and it was next level. Flavors I’ve never experienced before. Truly amazing.

The Acqualina is a great hotel — Ke Uh has zero business being a restaurant here. The sushi rolls and sushi pizza were honestly almost disgusting and we were hardly able to finish. Not fresh and point blank just not good. We also waited 20+ mins in between rolls. Service was fine and friendly but overall the food here sucks. If you are looking for quality sushi, go elsewhere.

Hi I just want to say thank you all was super good , me and my wife was there on Sunday evening for the first the hostess was incredible nice with beautiful smiles , manager Peter is gentlemen, this what we order everything was made with big precision every pieces of sushi ,nigiri and sashimi was perfect cut , the waiters what is look up for us is so nice I don’t know her name but she have big point from me super big point for her, I can say the cost of the food is OK

Excellent from start to finish. The service is impeccable – from being first greeted and seated, to our server, to every person who brought food or drinks.
The food was incredibly executed – get the Hamachi Crispy Rice, A5 Wagyu with Quail Egg Nigiri, and Wagyu Sliders! The cocktails were also expertly crafted and we especially loved the Old Fashioned and Passion Fruit cocktails!

We loved this place, the outdoor sitting is the way to go, right in front of the beach. This place is amazing, our server was very attentive and recommended the Crispy Rice Tuna and Pork Belly watermelon that were delicious. We also tried the Tuna Tataki, Tuna Tartar, Salmon Pizza, Grilled Octopus and a couple of Rolls (So fresh).
