We absolutely enjoyed our time at 86 West, got seated right away despite a packed night. Really enjoyed the food but what really stood out to me were the Brussels sprouts, would totally order them again. The restaurant and its personnel were super friendly and easy going and same goes for the crowd around us. It’s a very pleasant ambiance and atmosphere to spend time and will be back soon.

After visiting the Mercer Museum, we were looking for a spot that served food at 3.30, which surprisingly many restaurants in Doylestown don’t, and finally landed on this place.
They have a good offering of wines by the glass and beers, which was fantastic on a scorching day. The menu is quite large and tries to accommodate many tastes – there’s sushi, tacos, burritos, and burgers – and much much more.
We ordered fish tacos, which were great, but we also ordered wagyu burgers, which were not that good. The temp we ordered was medium, but all three burgers came out medium rare. The meat was also over charred and we could barely taste any flavor but char. Unfortunately, the burgers were also piled with very wet ingredients, so any other flavor (bacon, pickles) was watered down. In the end edible, but would definitely not order again.
The interior decor is very disjointed, with multiple styles mashed together in an aesthetically weird way. It would be much better if they just chose one style and stick to it.
While our server was personable and nice, the staff at the entrance really needs to work on their hospitality. We felt awkward while three very young employees talked amongst themselves sipping drinks at the reception, as multiple guests waited around.

I went to 86 West on a Friday night with a friend visiting from Rhode Island, and it ended up being the perfect spot for dinner and drinks.
I started with the buffalo shrimp, which were on point — crispy with just the right amount of heat. I also had the mango shrimp roll and spicy tuna roll, both fresh and flavorful. The sushi here really holds up.
What stood out to me was the atmosphere. The noise level was ideal — lively but not overwhelming — which made it perfect for having a business-style dinner without having to shout over loud music or crowds.
After dinner, we moved over to the bar, caught the Phillies game, and had a couple of drinks. The vibe was great — relaxed but energetic. Definitely a solid spot whether you’re there for a casual night out or entertaining someone from out of town.

Quaint local upscale dining amongst the elite of Doylestown, nestled amongst historic Borough thorofare. Stopped for a quick bite with our little dog Zena who was happily perched out front amongst the wrought iron bistro sets. Steak Salad $20 was a 5 star with very large portion of tasteful tender steak exactly prepared S asked. 4 cheeseburger sliders with fries was extremely satisfying and filling. The wife is already planning her return.

Sushi was surprisingly very good! The chicken wings could have been a bit crispier (but that’s personal preference)! A great spot for a happy hour and great spot to watch some games. Bartender was a bit standoffish but perhaps was overwhelmed by March Madness crowd.

This establishment is very nice inside. The large bar is up front and centrally located with high top tables all around. At a glance it looked like a sushi bar in the back with more tables. My wife had filet mozzarella and an espresso martini and I had fish and chips. The food was delicious, and our server was very nice and attentive.

I went here the other night to catchup with a friend. The food and the drinks were great! Definitely recommend the brussels, dynamite shrimp, and the ✨champeartini✨. I will say, each time I come here the service is just okay. The server we had was really sweet and attentive, but not something to write home about. It was just okay. I work at a restaurant and we try to connect with our tables to not only make the experience elevated, but so the guests come back. I didn’t really get that vibe.
