I was placing an order on the app when my boyfriend and I were approached by a lady outside and asked to move along. We told her we were ordering and she apologized and returned inside the place next door. So we entered the restaurant and immediately was told by the man behind the counter to get out. I told him I was finishing my order and he started I had 2 minutes to order or get out. I almost left he was so rude. No apology. I understand the homeless issue but they are still human and he didn’t care that he mistakenly was rude to paying customers as well. Shane on that man. I hope you never have to experience the shame and hopeless feeling of being homeless!!!

Just wondering if its too much to ask for a little meat on the sandwich. After biting nothing but bread…I opened it up and sure enough all tomato and lettuce. This is my first time at Jimmy Johns and I wont be going back. Guess you have to buy the bigger sandwich to actually get some lunchmeat.

I order delivery from this JJs at least once, sometime twice, a week and have always had a pleasant experience. The riders delivering the food are always so nice and friendly, on time, and my order has always been accurate as ordered. Keep up the good work!

I dropped by this location to pick up a sub for dinner right before they closed. Nick was super cool though and made me a great sub! Everyone else was nice and friendly too. They’re a great crew.
I don’t always get a sub but stop here often just to get a drink since I work next door. There’s a constant stream of customers and they’re so quick to kill that line. They’re a consistent option for a solid sub with cozy seating and a view in the downtown core. I highly recommend!
