I have to say I wrote this location off because pizzas was never done on time and service was horrible. But I heard that this location was under new management and decided to give it another shot. My pizza was ready on time and not only looked amazing but taste awesome. But the one thing I did not expect to ever see in this location was anyone doing anything but standing around, but to my surprise when I walked in the new manager was cleaning the walls she spoke to me as soon as I walked in she stopped what she was doing washed her hands and asked how she could help me I spoke with Christine for a few mins and she is amazing and she is the new manager of this location. If you want amazing food and great service and you wrote the off like I did it is now time to go back. Trust me you will not be disappointed in your experience.

New Management Update as of 12/23/25: The new manager reached out and personally apologized for the previous experience and explained she has taken over the store. We waited awhile since our Halloween experience for things to be worked out. If you have had a bad experience at this location, I highly recommend giving it another chance. We ordered 4 different pizzas with no issues, customer service was fantastic, and best part was our pizzas were ready prior to the online estimate which never happened prior (lucky if you got pizzas 30mins after pickup time). Great job to the new manager and her team. Can’t wait to order more pizza! Our pizzas were fantastic!

We have had several issues with this specific Chanello’s Pizza with bad customer service and pizza not being ready for pickup. Mainly bad customer service and the pizza is never ready, except to add 30 minutes regardless of how soon you place your order. However, we overlook some of this issues considering we love their pizza. Our last experience was terrible! My husband was in line waiting for pickup when he got a notification our order was cancelled. This was after another woman in line complained she had placed her order this morning and it still wasn’t ready so she had just cancelled her order because they hadn’t started making it yet. My husband lets the cashier know that his order was just cancelled and not by us (they cancelled the wrong order). Harmless, easy fix right? Nope!! He received no apology for the mix up, instead the woman instructed him (rudely & and taking her frustrations out on my husband) to reorder online and he would just have to wait because they were busy. We had placed our order well in advance and waited over an hour prior to this situation happening. I understand being busy but if you want pizza on time or decent customer service, this is not the place to go.

Look, I’m going to be honest, we wrote this place off a while ago. The service used to be a disaster, pizzas were never on time, and the staff acted like the customers were the problem. It just wasn’t worth the headache.
We heard there was new management and figured, what the heck, let’s give it one more shot. I’m glad we did. It’s night and day in there now. The pizza was actually ready when they said it would be, and the new manager was genuinely nice to deal with. If you blacklisted this place like we did, it might be time to try them again. It’s good to see they cleaned house and got the process running right.

I order 3 pizzas from this location and to my surprise my order was ready in a very reasonable time. Cindy has great customer service and that is a change from what I normally get when I go there. I was told by a friend that there is a new manager at the store and the customer service and the way the food looks really shows. I love the pizza here and am very happy things are changing for the good, I can’t wait to go back next time I will order the cookie that Cindy suggested.

Was told it’s okay to smoke with the door open because she’s not inside. Might as well be. Who wants food with smoke coming from the door. Then walks in and didn’t even wash her hand. I know this has to be breaking Virginia laws. And this is the general manager Debby who should know better.

Might be the worst pizza I’ve ever had. Doughy crust, bland sauce and super processed cheese.

If you’re looking for pizza, I’d recommend it. Delicious pies with plentiful toppings.
If you’re looking for a sub, look elsewhere. I order a turkey and cheese sub and it had at best 3 thin slices of turkey on it, and was skimpy on the other toppings as well. I’ve had better turkey and cheese subs from Wawa for less money.
