Service is slow. The staff is so over burdened by online orders that they have little time to serve walk in customers. I waited for more than ten minutes for a breakfast sandwich and coffee. Unacceptable, I’m my opinion.

Ohmygoodness today 07/31/25 they made my day!! At the airport waiting we decided Dunkin….During the ordering it got mixed up. I figured I was jinxed because again some how I ordered everyone else’s food but again mine was missing. Somehow this attendant canceled my part of the order and the rest of my family got their food. Honest mistake, I started to laugh and shared my week out loud. It was a mistake but I just went ahead and dealt with it even though I was upset. I’ve voiced my thought on it’s always a mother’s that loses out another customer agree, She laughed and we both laughed. I walked out disappointed, family was fed that’s all that matters. Went across to wait for my flight.
I’m not sure the name of the individual that went ahead and made my meal and walked it over to me where I was sitting at the airport!!! That absolutely made my day !!! He didn’t have to do that, but he did. Thank you!!

Shame on Dunkin’ for letting one of their stores become the worst one in the country. This place started with no one coming to the counter. Then a worker was walking past us behind the counter and did not look up or greet us. They just walked by. I called out and asked for help. They still did not turn to look at us, mumbled something while walking quickly by us. All while wearing their Apple AirPods. Then another person came, no greeting, no smile. They both seemed sad and poorly trained. Plus, the donuts were terrible. I get Dunkin Donuts in Atlanta Georgia and they’re pretty good. Here, it seems like different ingredients and standards. The donuts tasted old dry and awful. Definitely makes me look at their brand with caution. Too many alternatives in today’s world.

Worst Dunkin crew in existence. My dog only has three legs and he still moves quicker than any of the zombies that work at this place. Took them more than 25 minutes to make a bagel egg and cheese. I don’t know the exact time because I had to board my flight.

I ordered a ham and Swiss croissant that was okay. I ask the young lady if she could warm up the sugar donut for me cause it was cold and she told me she couldn’t do it. Poor service will not come here again. First and last time.

Chai latte is all I ordered, and it was better than a lot of other Dunkins..? I think it’s from the staff. The gentlemen working (second time I’ve been here and he’s working alone) does a great job to ensure quality of items ordered rather than rushing through to get it done. Much appreciated.

If I could give thomis location zero stars I would! I order the same exact breakfast every visit to every DD in the country yet the inept cashier on duty this morning refused to ring it in properly. He insisted his manager wouldn’t allow him to ring in a everything bagel add sausage patty (which is half price of a breakfast sandwich), instead he had to ring in a sandwich minus the egg and cheese.

If the management comment is true then it is time to replace the management at this location. Absolutely unacceptable to ripoff a loyal customer because of either greed or incompetence.

Decided to grab a bite before a morning flight and had an Iced Latte and Bacon, Egg, and Cheese sandwich. The food was hot and fresh and the employees were friendly. Quick service as well all around from payment to order pickup.

My comments are more regarding the young man who served us rather than the business as a whole. It was 6:30am and this young man was working ALONE. The line was excessively long but he responded to each customer with kindness and consideration. I’m perplexed about how or why he was manning the entire store alone during what is likely a daily breakfast rush period, but the fact is- he did his best and should he be recognized!
