They have no chicken! I waited 15mins, heard someone in the kitchen say “there’s no chicken”. Then waited, then asked and effectively they have no chicken. They had to call the owner before refunding me, then miraculously the chicken was on the way. Where is the new chicken coming from? Needless to say, if someone is missing a chicken. Now you know.

I would like to share my recent experience with Marco’s Pizza. Please note that this feedback is specific to my most recent visit and may not reflect the experience at all locations. Last night, my daughter ordered a small garden pizza with extra veggies for $40, expecting 6 advertised slices. However, upon receiving the pizza, we were surprised by its small size and high price, resembling more of a personal-sized pizza. Disappointed with the perceived lack of value, we opted to return the pizza and request a refund.
Regrettably, the staff at Marco’s Pizza declined our refund request and shifted the responsibility onto us. It was disheartening to witness all employees gathering at the counter, seemingly due to fear of potential repercussions for granting a refund on a small pizza. Despite some apologies for the inconvenience, it was unsettling to observe the staff operating within a fearful environment.
The elevated price of the pizza was primarily attributed to half of the pizza being topped with veggies, which were sparingly distributed on the small pizza. Following a half-hour wait, the pizza was served cold. The portion size and quality did not align with the cost, leaving me feeling misled. I advise others to be cautious with their orders, as you may find yourself paying $40 for a meager portion of pizza with extra toppings.
For the same amount of money, there are other dining options that offer better value and a more satisfying meal. This disappointing experience has discouraged me from considering a return to Marco’s Pizza in the future.

The food is very warm and fresh, extremely tasty. Great pizza: but let me tell you about it so you can decide based on your preferences. ITS CHEESY, Very greasy, cooked toppings, yummy average thick crust. It’s really tasty. Not saucy. Everyone has their own tastes but i like it a lot. The wings are small but very good and juicy, not dry. Their sandwiches are amazing. Make sure you are clear on your order and tell them twice if you have special preferences or substitutions you want, so they know what you want. It can get busy so it’s hard to hear. But in the daytime it’s nice and relaxing and the food is great. Lots of places to sit. Recommend!

I ordered a pizza I waited 90 minutes before calling the store ; I called the store and the delivery guy said he called but he didn’t have signal but no one tried to notify me. We tried their pizza when they first opened and found it to be good. However, I could never recommend them or ever buy their pizza again because of their pollution of every neighborhood in town with their vastly excessive signage. They have posted thousands of signs degrading the beauty of our town. They individually are by far the worst offender in the degradation of the natural beauty of Rincon.

I came down to Rincon for a much needed vacation. Being sun kissed and exhausted from getting pitted in the PR surf, we were looking for something simple to fill the stomach. We were a few too many ice cold cruisers in to drive and were not looking to really sit down at a restaurant. Marco’s pizza came to the rescue! We called them up, they gave us a killer deal on two pies, and were here on time. Our driver called to let me know he was on the way and I help guide him to our hidden casita. The Pizza was class, exactly what the doctor ordered! All in all, if you’re in Rincon, a little too many deep, and in need of some slamming pies, give them a call!
