Walk up to the door and you can smell the quality. This resturant could be anywhere else in the world and it would take weeks to get a reservation. Outside has a bit better ambiance than but inside is nice as well. You go there for the food and service. We had the paella, yellowfin tuna, snapper and even the Cesar salad with chicken and all were fresh and full flavored. A connoisseur could tell you more about the sauces and flavor; we all just loved our dishes. Every plate was clean when we left. THe lobster bisque and the scallop appetizer were special. It’s not cheap, but for your special night out, its truly worth the money. FYI, the wine is well priced.

Our waitresses were so nice, I remember our primary waitresses name was Cece. We were a bigger party so we saw a couple different servers. We ordered drinks, appetizers, wine and dessert. For appetizers I tried the prosciutto and burrata and that was very good. For my meal, I had the blackened salmon, which was a bigger serving and I was able to share. My boyfriend got the steak and potatoes, which was delicious, but a smaller serving. The plating was gorgeous and we all left so happy. Although, as one can see from the pictures, the lighting on the porch could probably be a bit brighter, but that didn’t really bother us.

Lovely wine bar and restaurant in the heart of Captiva. We made reservations for dinner and enjoyed a lovely dinner outside. The food was delicious and they have a great wine selection. It’s quite expensive, but it was a nice meal.
We’d recommend reservations, especially in the slow season, as they try to plan their staffing for the customers they anticipate to have. Our server was fantastic, but she was the only one for all of the tables, as they only our reservation and one other, but a full house of walk ins – and she did a great job!
The ambiance is lovely with multiple outdoor places to sit. You’ll get live music from RC Otters as well as Key Lime Bistro.

Best dining experience on the island, fabulous food with wonderful flavors and aromas. Every dish I witnessed coming from the kitchen looked incredible. Melissa our server was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional and the atmosphere is relaxing. A really very good experience throughout .

Truly enjoyed the entire meal and the opportunity to support local restaurants as this beautiful island rebuilds. The lobster bisque was delicious, Brussels sprouts and focaccia exceptional, and all pasta meals were fantastic! Will definitely recommend and revisit.

Cold Caesar salad with literally no dressing.
I had Bolognese with barrata. The barrata was refrigerator ice cold. We told the waitress who didn’t care nor did she offer an alternative. When we asked if she told the chef she said he said it was supposed to be cold! The pasta was undercooked. No bread served. We also had chicken parm which was also pretty bad. The “breading” was a thin mushy coating. Too much sauce although the flavor of the sauce was ok. Didn’t stay for dessert.
