2nd time this has happened from this location. Regular sandwiches orders, seems to have been made on mini-bread. Family and I order from here often enough that we have our faves saved in the mobile app. There have been mistakes here and there in the past, no problem, they rectify them once we’ve let them know
Called to let them know of the mistake, kept being told that bread is smaller due to outside temperature. It happens to be a 47 degree day. Also, if that were the case, shouldn’t someone take note that batch of bread didnt rise and is smaller than normal….and not serve it? If this was their regular bread, then their actual minis have to be breadsticks. Ended up paying just under $30 for three 4 bite sanwiches. Each have was literally 2 bites. Person that took the call offered no solution and ended up being rude about the whole ordeal.
Looks like in the future I’ll just spend more and hit up Potbellys, JerseyMike’s, or Serrinos.
Edit 1/6/26: District Manager called end of last week to get more details and make ammends. Manager seemed genuinely concerned about service and experience. He offered a considerable credit to cover our order multiple times over…that was much appreciated. Counter offered to only take credit for what we paid for that day’s order. Update from 1 star to 3 stars, for this ONE time experience. Otherwise on normal day, this location gets solid 4 stars

Beware of going through the drive thru, because I am 95% sure my card information got stolen here. Its a good thing I used credit, because I caught the unauthorized charges right away. I usually tap with my phone, but I guess I made the mistake of, for the first time in forever, handing the girl my card through the window. People like to snap pictures of the back of your card, and within a day I saw charges for Little Ceasars, Lyft, and Panera which were manually entered online. I never manually enter anything because I’m not an idiot. Whoever was working the drive thru on December 18th after sundown, you need to question her. You’re lucky I don’t file a police report since they weren’t huge purchases, but I don’t want this being done to anyone else.

Update 12/5/20… Their website says they’re open until 9. Google maps says they’re open until 9. Tried to place an order online and it says they’re closed. Tried to call and no answer and no voicemail or message with their hours. Disappointing.
The food is good, but somewhat inconsistent. I could order the exact same sandwich 2 days in a row and have the quantities of toppings be completely different. I took pictures of my 2 most recent orders. BOTH of these said to go easy on the lettuce… 1 barely had any and the other basically had a salad on it. They need to standardize their topping amounts! They are also not great at updating the order status on the app. I placed an order for pickup and was waiting until it said it was ready… it took 45 minutes to be ready. I’m curious if it REALLY took that long or if my food was just sitting there with the ice melting for 20 minutes.

I got the # 15 The bread was extremely hard and I’m not sure if the tuna was fresh because it ended up giving me a stomach ache.

I’ve worked in the area for a few years and I’ve always been a fan of Jimmy John’s but this crew right here is kind of killing it. The sandwiches are gorgeous and the hustle is on fleek. Give these employees more money.

Best Jimmy John’s within a 30 min radius at least. Food quality is always fresh (never old lettuce or soggy veggies). Sandwiches are well assembled and done with care. I go out of my way to visit this one for lunch. Felt silly writing a review for a Jimmy John’s but this is a standout location (going on many many years).

For the past two years I’ve literally had to order my sandwich with extra everything because they started barely putting any of the oils or condiments on to the point where the same sandwich I’ve been ordering since 2016 taste completely different. Because of this, the sandwich either comes with the normal amount of condiments or so much there there is literally oil EVERYWHERE pooling in the wrapping and then to add insult to injury ZERO NAPKINS EVERY TIME we are lucky to get one napkin. on the app there is a section to check that you want napkins yet never receive them unless you ask them in person, today I literally went through the bag before pulling away and yet again NO NAPKINS so I waited around three minutes at the window to ask for some and I could not get anyone’s attention to even come to the window and just gave up. Additionally, they started only putting all of the toppings in the fold of the sandwich so when you eat the sandwich you have no flavor unless you are directly biting into the fold of it. Today I ordered and picked up food for the family and one of the sandwiches was so soggy that it was inedible and once again of course all condiments in the fold of the sandwich and oil pooling out, the sandwich literally fell apart in my hands not 10 minutes after ordering the it. So unless you want to WASTE YOUR MONEY on something that is ALWAYS incorrect go to a different location or just go to an actual restaurant so it’ll be more worth your money and time.
