I’m extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from Mad Pizza in Hollywood, Florida. We paid $45 for a pizza (including delivery and tip), and it arrived burnt — not just slightly overcooked, but noticeably burnt on the crust and bottom. For that price, I expect much better quality. Honestly, a Red Baron frozen pizza could have outdone what we received.
What makes it even more frustrating is that the pizza actually had potential. The flavor combination could have been good if it had been prepared properly. But why would you send out a visibly burnt pizza to paying customers, especially ones who tipped?
I attempted to call the number listed to address the issue, but no one answered and the voicemail box was full. That just adds to the disappointment. Poor quality control and zero customer service follow-up.

My husband and I decided to try a new spot for cauliflower crust pizza, and after seeing so many great reviews, we thought we’d give Mad Pizza a try. We’re so glad we did!
There were a few glitches with the delivery service, but Matt went above and beyond to make everything right. He kept constant communication with us, ensured our order was properly placed, and quickly rectified the issue without hesitation. That level of customer service truly stood out.
Our pizza was fresh, delicious, and exactly what we were hoping for. We can’t wait to order again and have another slice! Highly recommend, especially for the amazing service.

Always saw Matt walking around with his shirt “you want a PIZZA me?” And I was stuck on the slogan yet didn’t get around to grabbing a slice until months later… being from NYC I know good pizza, and MAD pizza has some pretty darn good pizza!!! They also have organic pasta dishes, waygu meatballs and much more quality food on their menu! Fagghedaboudit papa John’s, Pizza Hut and dominos… get some good homemade pizza here!

Service is extremely fast and the food is absolutely amazing and packed with flavor. Definitely not your average pizza. The team is friendly and very welcoming and the price is a bang for your buck. I got the bacon pizza with chili oil and it’s probably some of the best pizza I’ve ever had, and I eat a lot of pizza. My friend got the onion and sausage pizza and started eating it right out the oven haha.

This pizzeria is absolutely fantastic! The pizza is always fresh and full of flavor. The thin, crispy crust is just perfect — light, delicious, and never greasy. The toppings taste authentic and are always generous. The staff is warm and welcoming, and the service is quick and efficient. Every visit is a great experience. I’m beyond unhappy that I took a chance without a place that I’ve been looking for. I was so hungry and Robertho. The worker suggested that I try some and I don’t regret it one bit the pizza was light but flavorful absolutely delicious I don’t think I’ve ever tasted pizza like this before.

Amazing Chicago style tavern pizza!!! Been living in the Miami area for 4 years and have been looking for a Chicago style pizza place without luck. Well, now I’ve found THE spot. Super thin crispy crust, savory sauce that is not too sweet/sugary, cup and char pepperoni, and homemade sausage. Super fresh ingredients and great service. Perfect for when you want pizza while watching the game, for a movie at home or just want great pizza. You’ll love it.

The crust is crispy and cracker-thin, cut into those perfect little squares, with a nicely balanced tangy sauce, generous toppings that go right to the edge, and quality cheese. Shout out to Matt, he was very lively and made the pizza well done, just how I like it.

It pains me to not be able to leave 5 stars, but that’s because for ubereats orders, they never have sparkling water in stock and they don’t have any sugar free soda options… only super sugary sodas but as far as the food the italian beef is sooo tasty, and i loveeeee the cheese pizza… i was raised in chicago, but have lived here for the past almost 10 years, so the flavor is on point. it’s also probably the only pizza i’ve ever liked eating cold out of the refrigerator.
oh and btw, the reviewer complaining about the burnt crust, when you actually eat it, you don’t taste burnt flavor it tastes realllly good, and I’m normally not a crust person, but i eat this crust
