It was my 1st visit to this location as I normally visit the Derby location and Ordered the 2 @ chicken teriyaki and added beef, shrimp, and extra veggies and picked up after work on my way home on 9.13.23 m. It was a 30 minute drive. Got home and the beef was charred, chicken was dry and crunchy, and we didn’t receive extra veggies that I paid for. The rice, noodles, veggies, and shrimp were acceptable. I called to let the restaurant know of the issue and was told o would get a call the next day. I never received a call so I called tonight and the manager offered an appetizer even though I had to throw away the most expensive part of the dish. $40.64

I will say the gal that took my order over the phone and the gal that worked the register when I went in to pick up my order was nice and professional.

We won’t go back and waste our money at this location.

The wait was a bit to long, n when I got my plate I was very disappointed in the portion as well as the dryness of the fried rice, I ordered combination plate n only got 2 or 3 shrimps in the rice, the steak was very dry n chewy. N for the price I paid it was not worth it at all. They can do better

We ordered the bang bang shrimp & chicken. Spring rolls, Avocado roll, cali 10 roll, shrimp tempura roll, kids chicken hibachi, & a side of bean sprouts. The bang bang is soooo delicious we went back the next day. But they give more noodles & rice than shrimp & chicken. The noodles & rice are kinda bland too. The next day I subbed for vegetables & will do that moving forward. The spring rolls are good. The kids hibachi was good quality & quantity. The sushi was just okay. But they put 2 rolls in the same container & I didnt like that because it was for 2 different ppl. Beans sprouts were absolutely not worth it. You only get a very small portion for $3. The 1st day the asian cashier didnt greet me or help me for about 5mins even tho he was at the sushi bar & watched me walk in. The next day it was a different cashier with curly hair he was nice & greeted me immediately & let me know he’d be a minute.

Finally had the chance to stop in and enjoy! Glad we went. We choose the Bam Bam Shrimp and Chicken Dishes with a side of Crab Rangoon. Neither disappointed. Off the charts in flavors and all fulfilled the expectations of the tastebuds. The service was good and the location is cozy and comfortable. Love the choice of colors. I will be certain to visit again and try a new dish.

I had garlic hibachi chicken and I really enjoyed it. The rice and veggies were good, but I didn’t like the noodles as much. You have to really love garlic to get this dish; you will be tasting garlic for the rest of the day. I’d definitely go back. It was very filling. My child enjoyed her food and even ate some of mine. The woman working the register was friendly and helpful.

It was a nice little restaurant. My wife and kids wanted to try it. It was pretty good. I think I will give it another try.
I *think* it was called Sweet & Spicy Chicken, and it was pretty good. I could be wrong. Either way, the chicken was super crunchy! I love crunchy chicken and it was loaded with garlic, but not overpowering.

The rice was good as well. The noodles were okay, not bad. I was wanting a little bit bigger/fatter noodles.

Again, a good place to try, and I will be back. Maybe try a different dish, but if not, I was pretty happy with what we got.

Drunken noodles and combo fried rice are top notch!!! Do not care for their sushi and crab Rangoon, just not my style. Miss their west side location but good enough to make the drive to central and hillside. The parking situation is a little tricky sometimes. Always hot and fresh!

Used to order from the west location for lunch and did learn it’s cheaper to call the restaurant directly for to go orders rather than ordering on delivery apps.

Came in and asked for extra onion and bean sprouts in my noodles. Was even charged extra for both. Got no extra onion got no bean sprouts. It is so hot in the establishment waiting for your food makes you want to pass out. The floor is sticky and dirty. You can hear how sticky and dirty the floor is as you walk around to get your food. Every single table was dirty as well. As I was walking out there was a huge roach in the establishment. I will not be returning. If I could give them -5 stars I would give them that, but sadly I had to give them one star to leave a review. Never again.

Not the first unacceptable experience. Last time I was here they gave me rice instead of the noodles I ordered then tried to tell me I was LYING when I had the receipt proving what I ordered & brought back the food to show them.

Gave them another chance and definitely learned my lesson. Not worth my time, money, or sanity.

They’re nice people, my rice wasnt what I asked for. And it was kinda dry, hardly any meat on it as well. The rice I got also only had 2 slivers of egg in it, found more carrot than I did meat, egg, and peas. For $10 the beef fried rice is alright. Can’t really beat the price to be fair. Kid at register was nice. Overall, I could eat the rice, but quite dry. The meat is super yummy though, the few pieces you get lol.

Got the spicy basil chicken and crab rangoon door dashed for lunch today. I don’t typically like sweet rangoons but enjoyed these. Chicken was very flavorful and the meal itself was very filling.
