Phenomenal bagels, best in Colorado. Also, Best Reuben I’ve ever had. Go see these folks, they are super nice and spread the word!!! Ps I’m coming from NJ/NY area and believe I understand the basics of a good bagel shop/deli.

Dana and her team are the best. I’ve been hunting for a bagel like this since I moved from Jersey- Amazing east coast style bagels to die for! Everything we have tried has been incredible and they are so friendly and awesome!!!

The bagel itself was phenomenal. Unfortunately it took 30 minutes to get two bagels with cream cheese and bacon. Both bagels had the smallest amount of cream cheese, every bite was unbelievably dry. If I’m paying $25 for two bagels, I expect to have more than a small wipe of cream cheese. Especially after waiting 30 minutes. Huge bummer.

*thanks for the reply! I didn’t want a heavy shmear. I wanted a normal amount of cream cheese on the bagel. The amount on the bagel was as if a knife was just wiped off. You can barely see the cream cheese in the photo.

We loved this bagel truck located in a bicycle shop parking lot! The bagels were FANTASTIC! I had a breakfast bagel and my partner had salmon.

We were heading from Denver to Rocky Mountain National Park, so ate on site. Only a couple tables FYSA. Looked like most of the traffic was to go.

Has the impression the owners were both working the truck. Be prepared to be called “Love” a lot! 🙂

Best bagel in Colorado. They catered our wedding breakfast and many east coasters rejoiced about the excellence of not just the bagels, but the quality of the lox. Can’t say enough good things about owner, Dana— she’s dedicated and offers an authentic, fresh bagel day after day.

I’m from the East coast originally with family in long island/NY so i knowwww about a good bagel! Got the D doggie and it was super yummy! Had to wait a bit but it was worth it (they had to make a fresh white fish salad) as someone who has worked in the service industry over the years I really like to be patient and understanding (within reason), she apologized for the wait but it wasn’t even a problem at all!

I often go to get some work done at The Tune Up, where Fleishman’s parks and operates most days. After a couple of weeks of wondering what the big yellow truck is all about (and rave reviews from Tune Up baristas), I finally decided to order something.

On my first Fleishman’s foray, I ordered a reuben. The single sandwich came to a little over $20, but as owner Danna promised, it was “as big as [my] face”. I have never eaten a reuben sandwich that I’d describe as “fresh”, and yet, this reuben was fresh. The meat wasn’t sad or limp, the sauerkraut was crisp, and the bread pleasantly dense. The sandwich came with a crunchy pickle on the side and store-bought potato chips.

After a couple more Fleishman’s trips, I’ve decided my real love is their salted bagel. I like to get “The Lucy”, an egg salad sandwich with avocado and red onion, to start my day. It feels energizing and light, and at the time I order (around 10:30 AM), the bagel is still nice and warm from the oven — no need to toast it! (I’m usually not an egg salad fan, but I appreciate how Fleishman’s egg salad isn’t overrun with mayo; the egg salad actually feels like a valid healthy protein option.)

Having grown up in rural Kansas, I’ve never had a particular affinity for bagels. But, eating at Fleishman’s has encouraged me to embrace the humble bagel — which, admittedly, isn’t so humble when Fleishman’s makes it. Danna starts her day at 3 AM, when she begins hand-rolling her bagels a couple of blocks from the food truck at the former Fresh Thymes Marketplace spot. Danna is enthusiastic about everything she’s selling and will not hesitate to give you input and free samples to help you come to the right decision! I heartily recommend giving Fleishman’s a try. Yes, some items are a little pricey, but places like Moe’s and Einstein Brothers really can’t hold a candle to the items that Danna makes. Two totally different beasts; I’d call Danna’s bagels artisanal, which, to me, justifies the price. Cheers to Danna, her sunny disposition, and her yummy, fresh food!

Hope management doesn’t take this personally. Everyone there seemed VERY nice, so I don’t want you to be deterred because the food is fine….but here’s the deal.

I’m a jersey guy and I have a lot of respect for a great bagel spot so when I heard of this place I was excited.

It was about 7 am and I was about to head over until I saw it didn’t open until 9am. FIRST RED FLAG. No self respecting New York bagel shop opens that late. Might as well slap the working man across the face with those hours. 6 am minimum. I’m not a child, I’m not waking up at 8:30. It is just a food truck after all so I guess no big deal…MOVING ON!

I ordered my classic order: Taylor ham egg and cheese salt pepper ketchup. They told me that I had to put the ketchup on myself. Second red flag. I might as well clock in and put an apron on because I guess I work there now? Would a New York bagel shop put ketchup on my sandwich? Without a question.

I ordered around 9 and didn’t get my sandwich for 20 or so mins after ordering. That’s crazy talk. Dark red flag. Let’s get a hustle going.

When I did finally get my order I did put the ketchup they had there on. When I opened my bagel there I was faced with the harsh reality that this place simply was just NOT IT. There in front of me was a Taylor ham egg and cheese with one. ONE. Piece of Taylor ham. Where I come from, Jail. Straight up jail. I mean times is tough but one piece is hogwash folks. And that was the exact moment I realized here in Colorado there is really no such thing as an authentic New York shop.

Yes I ate the bagel. Was it good? It was fine. But honestly I’d rather just go to moes bagels where atleast they don’t take an hour and they are more generous with their portions.

With love
Jack

Wonderful experience. I stopped by with my hungry toddler and they served him asap! I brought the rest home and had to share my kipper bagel with him as well since he’d already polished off his own bagel. Can’t wait to go back! Delicious all around.

We catered from Fleishman’s for a brunch held at a hotel nearby. The delivery came perfectly on time, and the food was excellent. We got bagels, lox platters, pastrami and turkey sandwiches, knishes, egg salad, and zucchini bread. Danna was very easy to work with during the process, and she was able to accommodate all our requests. Everyone absolutely loved everything. The pricing was also fair/competitive relative to other options, and I’m sure the quality of the food here far clears others.
