I’m not sure I trust this location with food safety. I visited to buy an ice cream cake out of the freezer and found every single one was expired, one almost 2 months expired (it was marked 50% off but still for sale). When I brought this up to staff I was told it was based on when they made the cake and they’re good for at least 7 days, not the 3-4 it marks it as. For the record, most of the cakes were 2 or 7 days out of the printed date so even with that argument they shouldn’t have been for sale. I worry about how this attitude might extend to their other products.

We had an excellent experience at this classic American icon. Friendly Midwestern hosts with great affordable snacks and a sundae that was delicious. This should be a stop for anyone visiting the area. Take a picture with the biggest Dilly Bar ever! Highly recommended!

My husband and I went to get a blizzard and milkshake on Sunday. When we got to the speaker to order the young man says what do you want. We asked for a second and then he didn’t respond. When my husband let them know we were ready he said what do you want. We ordered and pulled to the window the young man came to the window and snatched our debit card out of my husband’s hand and slammed the window. He them gave us our card back and slammed the window again. When he brought the blizzard to give it to us they didn’t do the upside down for it, and when the young lady gave us the milkshake we tried asking for our receipt and she slammed the window on us. This location needs to have more respect for the customers.

We had a horrible experience at Dairy Freeze so we decided we will not give them more money so we went to Dairy Queen. Although it was not on the menu we asked if they had a “blue goo” and they said they did not have it but the cashier was so nice that she went into the back and got all the supplies to make it and specially made a Blue Goo. I love them. They made my day. It may be a little small but it’s the attitude that made it great!!!! 5 stars

Stopped to pick up a cake today while spendy “what a treat!”. Then I forgot m receipt and when I called back the friendly girls working texted it to me! I wish I had gotten their names. The receipt says lil eve but there was 2 that helped me.

Good & friendly service. Just be sure to watch out for the entrance door. It is right next to the drive through. I was a little nervous about someone throwing the door open and hitting the truck. Grandchildren loved their smoothies after their brother’s tennis meet

Hard to mess up ice cream its always good even when the service isn’t great. Staff was clearly busy which as a fellow customer servicer myself I absolutely get but when you let that busy frenzy affect the quality of service your paying customer receive it becomes a problem outside the realm of understanding. Me, my sister and niece all left feeling a bit displeased by the service we got. Trust me if a 7 year old with a Blizzard still has the wherewithal to ask “why was that man grumpy” its a noticable enough negative tone added to service. Again the ice cream is always top notch here’s hoping next time the services can be the same.
