This McDonalds is conveniently located Inside the Belvidere oasis and also has a drive thru on the westbound side going to Rockford or Wisconsin.
This location is the only thing that is open 24 hours inside the Belvidere oasis
The food is prepared somewhat well
The only thing I enjoy from this location is their apple pies
Employees are somewhat friendly
I just don’t like this franchise I have talked to some workers at other bucciferro McDonald locations in the Madison area that are now no longer owned by this horrible franchise.and they told me they we’re being mistreated and is the reason why food wasn’t prepared quickly like other McDonald locations.Because they are being rushed to do other things by their managers This location usually takes 5-10minutes to receive your food.

The worst McDonalds I’ve been to. Flies buzzing around everywhere. Employees clearly hate working there and there’s only 2 of them. Fries were soggy and lukewarm at best. Buddy got a snack wrap where the actually wrapping was soaked in oil and disgusting. Not to mention this location randomly will close with no warning, so you can’t even trust their hours of operation.

I say this is a quite rare gem. McDonalds restaurants have became SO BLAND in their renovation, but this one is way different. Way more color in it than the others. 3 stars since I haven’t been here.

Ordered fires and sundae. Fries were stale and asked to be replaced with fresh batch. Waited 3 min only to realize the fries again were stale when we got back on the road..

My “Spicy” Mc”Crispy” was soggy (not crispy) and old and had no sauce (not spicy). My fries were half full. And, the employee couldn’t have hated their job more. Won’t go there again.

On 21st of February after 11am I witnessed a manager Lois chew out an employee in front of other employees and customers using profanity and other choice words. I was waiting in line very hungry, until seeing that unprofessional display. I decided to leave and go to Panda Express which is across from McDonald’s. I will not re visit that establishment that hires unprofessional employees, especially managers. They should be ashamed of themselves.
