Ordered a full ciabatta cheesesteak last night on the Panera app right before the restaurant closing time. When I got home I found out that the sandwich barely had any meat in it, it was like eating flavored bread, also the bread wasn’t ciabatta, it was a sourdough instead! I’m not sure if they gave me whatever scrap of meat they had left since I ordered late or because I used a coupon for my order! This sandwich is priced at 12$ plus, if this is how it’s supposed to be made I would rather order McDonald’s next time!

I like several of the items but there is no consistency. I’ve ordered the same item several times to have it different each time. The first time I got the yogurt parfait it was great, second time they forgot the honey & the berries were old/ mushy. The last (and final) time this is what I got… $5.89+ tax for this! I figured I’d wait until after work and add yogurt at home only to realize they didn’t use the separator and the granola was directly on the yogurt so all soggy and inedible. I have given them way more chances than I should have and we are going to find a new meeting place.

Not worth the time or money. It was my first and last time here. My wife and I both got soup, paid almost $30 for it, only for it to have zero flavor and be equivalent to a half of a can of soup.

My caesar southwest chicken avocado salad was excellent. The service was fast and accurate. The coffee could have been a little bit better because it was a little too strong

Every time I come here, the portions get smaller and or are not even correct. According to their description and photo on the menu. The French onion soup is supposed to come with croutons and cheese. No croutons, and 12 individual shreds of cheese was in my soup. Where’s the quality checks from managers there?

Ordered a new tomato basil BLT. I was immediately told they are out of the tomato basil bread which defeats the purpose but was substituted with the most stale rock hard bun ever encountered. I had to take it home and cut it in half with a steak knife and toast it to make the sandwich edible. My friend gave me half of hers because mine was rock hard. The cashier really wanted this stale bread gone and didn’t offer any other option.

Two soups for $13.38. It’s getting pretty expensive. Also, despite the fact that I ordered two chicken noodle soups and one turkey chili soup, and despite the fact that the order was double checked AND signed off, guess what? I got one chicken noodle soup and two turkey chili soups. Don’t trust the ticket. Open up the bag and double check their work. I wish I did. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

Sister requested olives on her salad, didn’t get any olives. Also, we ordered some bagels and when we pulled a couple out of the bag they were half an inch thick and solid as a rock. These were not bagels, these were frisbees.
Update 2 years later: This time we didn’t get our bread, 2nd time this has happened. But this time they charged us anyway and then wouldn’t answer the phone after multiple attempts to call. Had to call the help line instead. Customer service was nice at least.

I always get the broccoli and cheese soup bread bowl! I have to say I love it! Their bread is always prefect. I do think they are over priced a little but it is good. Nice fire place in side to sit next to also!
