Idk why it’s so hard for yall to understand a basic request. Everytime I come my order is always made wrong. I ask for a burger “no ketchup or mustard , add mayo” and I still get a burger with ketchup Everytime or they give me a completely plain burger. I don’t ask for it plain I ask for no ketchup or mustard. And STILL yall cover it in ketchup?? And I was the only person in the drive through. It’s not hard.

Their Google listing stated they closed at 10pm… I got in the drive-through about 9:40. The menu boards were on, etc… and I waited. “Hello?”… waited, “Hello?!” After several minutes drove up to the window, everything is fully lit. Eventually I pull around to go in, and find a BK employee and a gas station employee, and was told they were closed.
I said that the Google profile said 10pm, and asked them to tell management, but the gas station employee kept making excuses (that didn’t make sense, and we’re not necessary). The constant excuses made the exchange a bit hostile, so they weren’t even listening anymore when I tried to tell them the menu boards were still on, so anyone driving up would think they can order.
If someone says “this is an issue, please let your manager know”, just say “I will, thank you!” And we’ll all be on our way. It’s not that hard. You can even lie about it, and do nothing.

If I could give a zero for everything I would. I will be putting in a corporate complaint as well. Had a family come in the store, ask how long “these white people” had been here for. He wanted to kick us all out. Only me and my friends and another family with kids. As an Indian family pulled up, full family, parents, husband wife and 4 to 5 kids tried to walk in. The black father met them all at the door and told them all to leave and go through drive thru and wouldn’t let them enter. The whole experience had me on edge and very defensive, hostile environment. This place needs a corporate visit and management team. There’s no reason this BK let a family come in, want to kick people out and then force a whole family away. And they let them. Crazy

A really poor performance. Waited for a half an hour in the drive thru (only 4 cars in front of me) and nothing more than “I’m sorry” as she hurriedly shoved the bag out the window. The food was not hot or fresh. This location is becoming notorious for being slow.

They are never open. Either the front counter is closed. (Which you find out after getting out of your car), or the entire place is closed. Waste of a space.

The day I get an order from this store and it’s correct I may have a heart attack. Employees are lowbrow and rude. Getting orders wrong on a consistent basis. Fries are way more over salted, order applesauce for my kid but we get fries. Return to the counter and informed that store doesn’t sell applesauce so instead of telling you that they just give the a wrong order and say nothing. Then they purposely put a big sticker covering their store number and cur off the receipt before or through your survey code…. Avoid this place

What good does it do to ask to simply add mayo and no onions? Drive thru- burger was completely dry with onions and cold. Can’t unwrap it and drive so you figure it’s right. Nope. I’ll never go back, it had no flavor at all.

After several disappointing meals from various Burger King restaurants we decided a couple years ago not to give Burger King any more of our money.
However, on a whim we decided to stop in at the Burger King at 7074 Hwy 59 in Gulf Shores, AL.
We were pleasantly surprised!
The employees were friendly and helpful, service was prompt and the Whoppers were actually pretty good! They would have been much better if they were a bit fresher but compared to the Whoppers we received at other locations they were good and the fries were fresh and hot.
We would visit this Burger King again in the future.
