I am really disappointed with the service and quality of the food at this take out restaurant. I placed an order for boneless fried chicken, small house special fried rice, large wonton soup and a 2 liter Coke. I received a General So Chicken, large house special fried rice, large wonton soup and a 2 liter Coke. I started with my soup (not flavorful) and then continued with my house special fried rice. The rice was dry, under cooked and not flavorful. I tried the general so chicken and the rice was also under cooked. I’ve been eating on/off here for years and stopped ordering from here several months ago due to their terrible customer service. I thought I’d give them a second chance after reading some of the reviews but after tonight’s experience I am done spending my money at this place. Who ever gave this restaurant 4-5 stars has no clue what good Chinese food is. The food sucks here. If you want to try a really great take out I suggest you check out Hong Kong Stir Fry in Fairview, , NJ. They may not deliver from Fairview to West New York but the short trip is with it. I guarantee you will understand why I am disappointed with the food they cook here after you try their food and see the difference. I had to throw the food away that’s how bad it was.

If you want some good Chinese food here are very nice. People that are very respectable and the food is delicious. I highly recommend this Chinese restaurant. They’re down-to-earth. People just like you and me and they’re very, very good at what they do. I highly recommend this place to everybody

Food is disgusting burnt every piece of chicken taste like straight grease do not order from here they don’t do refunds they send people food any way. Spent $40 on this is ridiculous and the lady on the phone is rude I wouldn’t even waste my time with this place.

I always order chicken with broccoli and other food, and it’s not the first time they’ve sold me chicken that’s already spoiled and tastes awful. I have two kids who eat it, and it shouldn’t be like that because I’m always their customer.

I ordered from here because my regular Chinese restaurant was closed. I ordered the crab Rangoon, egg drop soup and young chow fried rice. Everything was so delicious . The crab Rangoon was crispy but not overcooked, the soup had a light flavor and the rice was perfect. The only disappointment was that they did not provide crispy noodles for the soup. There was lots of sauce and fortune cookies but I really would have preferred to have the noodles instead. I will order from here again but next time I guess that I’ll have to ask for noodles.

The food is well and the service well.
The issue is with the delivery driver, I sign the receipt and grab a food, not even a sec he is demanding his tip, I had the tip in hand already, close the close to hear him complaing about the tip $3
Terrible delivery service – mind you I always tip the delivery
Next time I pick up the order to avoid complains about the tip

I been to many Chinese restaurants, but this one tops the cake with better Chinese food and friendly staff. A mom n’ pop restaurant that’s friendly and willing to chat. Their typical popular Chinese food like Lo Mein or Fried Rice is great! Their chicken wings are the ones to get! They only do takeout/delivery, but do get it and bring home if you have that crave for Chinese food.
