3 slivers of onions; anything more is $.50?
If you ask for 2 sauces on a sandwich, that’s extra?
“Shortage” of pizza until the end of April?
Things can be taken off a signature sandwich, but adding anything is an upcharge? (I can see meat but veg; what’s the difference vs building from scratch?)
Constantly run out of things because they’re not doing proper inventory; they’re culling from the other stores.
Chronically understaffed although lots of people come in asking for job. Adults are ghosted in favor of high school kids because their wage is lower.
If owner or DM is there, friendly customer service goes out the window. He’s a bit cold and she’s dismissive.
One bathroom has been out of order for months due to water problem. If a lightbulb blows, it takes weeks.
Been coming for a year…all done.

Dont go here they will steal your money. I ordered from subway today. A chicken wrap. Ordered it on doordash. When I got it it was DRENCHED in vinegar and something I don’t even know what it was soaked through the paper. The wrap was over $11. I called asking if they can remake it and she said “I’d have to ask my DM” to remake a sandwhich?!?! That you messed up? So my husband brings it back to the store and she won’t remake it. She calls the dm and walks to the back so we can’t speak to the manager ourselves. I’d also like to mention that’s not the 1st time they’ve messed up on an order by putting something extra and again same lady goes to back and calls manager at this point I don’t know if she’s calling anyone foreal or lying to the manager but this is INSANE. If this was anyone else I know you’d be hungry. Upset of your sandwhich came soiled and the wrapping around it and they refuse to remake it? Why? Just remake the sandwhich?

They can not follow basic orders at all. Several times I have went or placed an order online and they mess it up. Just now I went to pick up an order for a pizza sub with light sauce. There was so much sauce it jiggled like jello. Or the last time I tried, I picked up an online order. Sub was so hard it could’ve been used as a brick to hold up a house foundation.

I’ve been to a few of these now and never seem to be impressed. There’s just too many other good choices to keep going back.

My son and I used to come once a week, up til a few months ago. I noticed they began making their subs differently. For example, my son always gets a meatball sub. Instead of placing the meatballs and cheese on the bread then placing it in the toaster oven, they now place the meatballs in this maroon colored oblong dish, heat up the meatballs, then place them on the bread, add cheese then put the sub in the toaster oven. This new way changed EVERYTHING. My son said the cheese was in a huge gob, compared to being evenly melted like it used to be, and it didn’t taste right. I also ordered a toasted sub. By the time we did get home, the subs were cold when before this new way they were still warm. It seems maybe they changed the temperature of the oven or something. Mine didn’t have the same taste as it used to either. If they change back to the original way of heating up their subs we will come back to our once a week trip here. Until then, I can’t spend money on food that isn’t good. All of the girls there are great and we came often enough that they knew exactly what we ordered every week. So I do feel bad that we just stopped coming. Please just go back to the old way of making toasted subs!

Bro theirs this one girl that works there, I think her last name is mcendree maybe. Anyways she’s the real MVP, girl is disgustingly good at her job. Yall lose her and you’ll lose a lot of sales. If she sees this, give yourself 30 pats on the back, you the champ of that store.

My Subway experience was amazing. I love the food, nice people, and the smell of fresh bread. Just one recommendation. Write down the order so you can get it right. I’m sure other people don’t like subs that are off from what they ordered.

I don’t usually do reviews, but I have had such a negative and consistently negative experiences with this particular store that a warning to others is warranted. The store mixed up my order with another customer, which happens. However, when I pointed it out, they said that I had to talk to the manager, who was not present. I tried calling several times that week, and got nothing but the answering machine. I went back the following week in person, and the employees said that they’d leave a message for the manager to call me. After another week went by with no call, I went back to the store, and said this was poor customer service. They said I’d get a call, and yet another week went by, and two more in person visits to the store, before I knew that they really didn’t care. When I read other reviews, I noticed the same pattern, and I left a message for the owner too, who apparently doesn’t prioritize customer experiences either.
