this is one the worst bojangles! the customer service sucks! bad attitudes! I ordered a bo bites combo and bo sized it and this is how many fries i got! I should’ve had a large! for $10 this is ridiculous! the bo bites were pretty good tho but i’m seriously going to stop coming to this location. whoever owns this particular one needs to seriously consider new management and employees!

This is the worst Bojangles in the Columbia area. I’ve been twice and my order was wrong both times. Got a grilled club on both visits and didn’t get anything included with a club either time. During the most recent visit I got a burnt, dried out chicken patty. This is a newer store and apparently completely neglected. At this point tear down the store, fire everyone and start over.

I had 30 minutes for lunch so I ordered online for pick to save time. I get back to my desk and I have a biscuit with ham on it. Now, I will take accountability for trusting that the people were competent enough to read the order.
I had an offer for a free chicken sandwich, so why did I receive a ham, egg, and cheese biscuit???? This was at noon, are biscuits just held and given away during lunch hours??
Also, I can’t eat cheese and I DON’T EAT PORK!! I lost my entire appetite. Thankfully my coworker shared some fries with me from her meal. So disgusted and disappointed. Just because the sandwich was a free offer doesn’t mean you can just give people anything you want. Glad I didn’t just bite into that biscuit.

For this Bojangles to be in this location! You would think that they would be outstanding or at least good! Who is the GM for this location? Terrible service, terrible food, just terrible all around it’s Tuesday morning and who ever is working this shift! Everyone needs to be let go! The young black girl with the hot pink crocs at the window especially just slack all around! I looked at the reviews at can’t believe that this location has a 1 star ⭐️!!!! Who the hell is running this place on a serious note?

Visited at 12:30 on a Saturday no cars in line and was greeted quickly via AI, out of cheerwine, fries and chicken overcooked. Employees taking turns going out back to smoke mary jane. Weekday Breakfast is a completely different experience, much better.

Went around 12:15 and ordered a 5 pc tender combo with fries and sweet tea. I paid $14.60 but was given a 3 pc combo that is $5 cheaper. I tried calling and it would just ring and ring and nobody answered.

Food is over cooked, they forget main aspects of your meal and hope you drive off before you catch it. They’ll have 6 to 8 cars waiting for food like its a normal everyday occurrence for them at 2pm on a Sunday, like its a dinner rush . Do yourself a favor and skip this one. They’ll piss you off and act like you’re dramatic for being annoyed they forgot main parts of your meal.
