I want to take a moment to recognize how incredibly kind and respectful the gentleman working at this Dunkin’ Donuts was. As an Amazon delivery driver, my day can be long and exhausting, and he went out of his way to show genuine courtesy. He welcomed me into the restaurant, allowed me to sit down and eat, and even let me wash my hands—something small that meant a lot during a busy route. His kindness, professionalism, and understanding truly stood out and made my day much better. Customer service like this is rare and deeply appreciated. I been coming to this dunking for some time now. The twins girls and the manager are awesome!!!! But they recently got some new girls, and they always make my coffee wrong and are rude when I ask them to fix it.. I am very nice to them when I ask for my drink to be fixed, but they are typically never nice back. I did not mind when they were new and my drink was wrong, but they been there for a few months now… and my coffee is still wrong EVERYTIME. I now have to drive 10 extra mins to a different dunkin or wait to 3 pm when the twin girls are in. These girls attitudes need to change!!!!! They need to learn to read the descriptions on the cup correctly and be nicer to their customers.

I ordered a maple bacon sandwich and it was even cooked fully, and I was on my way to work didn’t have time to go back but this is not the first time this has happened they need to check the sandwich before handing it off to the customer

Great customer service! The girl with brown hair and glasses (forgot her name) working here was very friendly and helpful in choosing a good coffee flavor. Made our coffee perfect. Definitely will recommend to friends and will come back.
