The Cajun style food was all amazing. I had the biscuit and gravy etouffe and it was delicious. My wife had the fried green tomatoes eggs benedict and it took her back to the years she lived in Louisiana. The wait staff was a couple of older gentlemen that were super friendly and paid attention to all of our questions and made great suggestions over the menu. Definitely a great spot for breakfast in Arnold, CA.

Wow! Just looking at the menu, so many things sounded good but I had to go with the Heart and Soul Benedict. It was literally the best Hollandaise I’ve ever had. I wiped my plate clean of hollandaise with the country potatoes. I tried a bite of my wife’s Fried Green Tamaters benedict and it was just as amazing. Do not miss this place.

We read great reviews about Heart and Soul & how their breakfasts & lunch are extremely delicious & popular. My wife had their large hamburger with tater tots while I had fried chicken and collards & fries. Both foods were very delicious, fresh, hot and well garnished. The person behind us often comes daily. We’re all tourists vacationing in Arnold & we so happy about Heart and Soul. The owner Conner is absolutely talented, extremely friendly and provides outstanding service. The place is charming and home style quaint. There’s a selection of over 50 hot sauces to choose from. Heart and Soul is “the place to go”for tasty, nicely presented food. There’s a Large variety menu and daily specials. There’s a large parking lot, kids friendly & very attentive service. Owner Conner and Heart & Soul are an added treasure to Arnold & Calaveras county. Highly, highly recommended.

This place is very soulful. The food is also delicious. Wish we had more room to try some other items. We still had tater tots, deviled eggs, scrambled eggs with country potatoes and fried green ta’mators. Highly recommend. Sarah and Connor were very welcoming and polite. Overall 5 star rating for this place.

Brought my family here for the 1st time and everything was great. Customer service was amazing. I didn’t get her name but she was great. Environment was perfect setting. Food was delicious. We will definitely be coming again. Happy they had iced coffee as well my favorite.

Oh my Goodness, this is the best food!! Wonderful and Personable Service! This is our new favorite restaurant in Arnold. (Last time my parents split the Jumbalaya and fried okra, and plenty leftover Jumbalaya for another meal.)

Cute little restaurant next to Big Trees Market. Staff was very helpful & friendly, the atmosphere was cute and welcoming. We went on a Monday morning which was their Friday so it was pretty slow. Ordered the fried green tomato Benedict which was amazing and we will get again. Also ordered the French toast but it was a tiny bit undercooked for my liking… but I ate it and it tasted good. Will definitely be back and will recommend.

I ordered the Poboy and was not disappointed! The bread and the seasonings really hit the spot! Service was good. This was a pretty popular spot for breakfast. Keep that in mind. Also, they stop serving breakfast at 11 o’clock. The staff was really nice and food came out pretty quick.

We wanted a good breakfast spot before heading to the big trees, My son search for some spots around, and this one caught his attention so we decided to come here for the first time with all our family ,and I have to say no regrets , food was delicious coffee was strong just how we like it . The workers were very nice , welcoming friendly , and the service was quick. Very nice place to come for sure for great food and excellent customer service.
