I was SO shocked at the price and quantity of food that is in a Regular container. Of red beans and rice, Mac and cheese.etc.
It was mind-blowing. Yes I ordered a REGULAR it was $5.49 .so looking at the price and the description “Regular ” you (I ) automatically think it’s not a small Right and it’s NOT a large it’s regular.. but I’m telling you it was a Child’s Small lol
How do young family’s eat out I was buying for just my husband and I and it literally served us both a table spoon of Mac and cheese fir 5.49 and the same with the red Beans and rice , all we could do was laugh and just knowing we’re not going back if we’re hungry . Lol so sad
If your a little family on a budget, Im going to have to tell you to keep driving unless you just have money , money , money to spend at Popeyes. It can sure be yummy but common. The containers are a joke . I hope I can post a photo they are about 2 ” tall and not much larger than the palm of your hand . I’m just one person, but this was my experience I must add our chicken was good and those dang biscuits dipped in my redbeans and rice, it’s still so yummy .

Terrible Service! Ordered 4 meals- got cold fries and never got our 4 drinks(sweet ice tea) waited patiently giving the employees the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, we had to get up and ask for our drinks. The tea was hot, who ordered hot tea?
At the same time the employees were getting a complaint by another upset customer about their order being wrong. The employee helping the upset customer was rude and kept ignoring what the lady was saying. Popeyes needs to hire employees who want to work.

I had to go all the way back to the restaurant because my order was not complete. I understand that things happen but it was not busy , and the Hispanic woman who was working wasn’t very apologetic!! A simple I’m sorry goes a long way . Horrible service.

What a big disappointment from the owner of this Popeyes to the district manager of this Popeyes to the manager on shift should be ashamed of their self. I arrived over there just about 1249 P.m. order my food to pull around to the drive-through and she gives me chicken. It’s not even warm and when I bring it to the young ladies attention, I said why are you selling not hot chicken she had no words so if you’re looking for some real Popeyes chicken you may want to drive to another location. This is my last time at this location. I’ve unsubscribe and I’m deleting my app as of today.

Amazing food, but they always get your order wrong (they’ll fix it, just watch out) and the wait is longer than other fast food restaurants. Especially when compared to their direct competitor, KFC. Overall, decent place. Just check your order before leaving the parking lot.
