The last couple of times I went to this location the same guy was working and it was a year or so apart but I remember the guy. Well I’ll say this my sandwich was perfect the guy was by himself and we had a conversation about the football game on Super Bowl Sunday. I asked him questions about how much the cookies were he told me that them cookies were just baked that morning so that sold me on the cookies. He do a great job at his job not sure what the man’s name was but subway should be very happy to have him working for them.

They had a different deal of the day than advertised on line and at most other subways. The lettuce was wilted. The tomatoes were over ripe. Was looking forward to the deal of the day that was supposed to be today. This subway was disappointing.

Ordered Subway online tonight for myself, husband, and daughter for pick up. My husband’s sub was missing sauce so it was dry and on top of that the bread was so hard he could barely eat it. My daughter also had the same problem with hard stale bread and was also missing her juice and applesauce in the kids meal. I also ordered my sub toasted and it was cold at pick up even when we arrived early.

Our subway experience was FANTASTIC! The “manager” was awesome. Prompt service, fresh ingredients, B+ cleanliness. Gas station across the street has tampons, gag gifts, and condoms in the bathroom. What more could a girl want?

Went to pick up my online order, not even started. The “Manager” said she called me, no missed calls. Out of white bread. At first I was told 20 min, then the manager said it would be an hour an a half. Not a lot of bread left either. Out of veggies…..hand carrying veggies from an unknown source (my view) to my sandwich. FYI that’s a huge no-no in the food industry. “Manager” not helping. This place used to be so great. Now every time we go something is broken, missing, or not there. And the “Manager” told me “Well if you don’t like it, you could just never come back.”

A few weeks ago, I placed an order via the app. I showed up there and they had given my order away to the wrong customer. Today, I ordered via the website, because the app wouldn’t work. Then the website wouldn’t complete. Go in there to pick up the order after 15 mins, and the sandwiches weren’t even started. She was telling a few others the toaster wasn’t heated up and it takes awhile. There was another lady wanting curbside, as it states on the door. She told the lady they don’t offer curbside. So, now my sandwiches have taken an hour because your microwave sometimes works and your toaster isn’t heating. I was understanding on giving my food away, but waiting an hour for sandwiches and not having proper equipment, when it is known to not work… is a disgrace! It’s also a disgrace to advertise curbside and not do it!
