The complaint here is they offered products on their app that they dont have in stock. Instead of calling or waiting for the customer to come in for substitutions or canceling the order they put in their own substitutions. The employees don’t know how/refuse to fix it. They don’t know how to refund you or anything. Its not worth ordering on the app. As no resolution will come to you at all.
If you’re okay with whatever you get in store that’s a different story.

How this store is still operating one of the worst locations rude customer service no respect to customers everything look horrible and when You correct any of the employee to do ur sandwich right they will tell you please leave the store with no reason someone have to talk to the corporation about this location to treat people better and keep everything fresh people paying money to eat fresh vegetables

Terrible experience at this location. We used the drive thru so I didn’t see the finished product until I drove home. Italian bread was hard and dried out. I have never had bad bread at a Subway. Until yesterday. Asked for olives and there was a total of 4 slices on the entire sandwich. Also asked that they toast one sandwich and they failed to do so. Disappointed. My advice is to keep on driving to the next Subway.

Just left the restaurant with my husband and was really disappointed and disgusted. We ate a home run, and the ham had frostbite on it, she still placed it on the sandwich and when my husband said can you please not put that one in my sandwich she almost mocked him and picked up the ham and threw (???) it in a container. All of the meat looked very gross and all of the vegetables looked disgusting, like they gone bad. The shop was not really clean, all the tables had crumbs on them, even the chairs. Felt not welcomed there. Theres better subways out there folks.

Don’t usually give reviews but had to this time. Great experience. Food was good, staff friendly. Martin was friendly and made the effort to connect and talk with me like I was an old friend. Pretty impressed and will definitely be back more often for a quick bite and a friendly Hi.

I love everyone who works here there are such dolls, especially Marvin he is just so sweet and helpful. There was one girl in particular who didn’t have the greatest attitude. Her name tag said “Ari Ferrari” on it. I don’t know what that was about. Everyone else was extremely welcoming all of the other times I have visited over the past month and a half. Jade is very attentive and fast at making my sandwiches. Isabelle is also a very fast worker and she is very kid friendly! I 110% recommend coming here for a sandwich on your way home or on the way to work they have amazing workers here!
