Mozz is a high quality, artisan pizza experience. We source ingredients locally whenever possible from various farmers and artisans throughout the state of Utah. Every single item is made fresh from scratch, including our dough. Our sourdough is made using traditional bread making techniques and only requires 3 ingredients: water, salt and flour. This dough is left to develop flavor for 2-3 days in order to deliver the best quality and taste possible. All of this comes together to create dishes that taste as good as they sound.

My husband turned 40 today and since he is a pizza lover, I gave him 40 slices of pizza! We’ll eat at 40 different pizza restaurants this year, and this is the first place we tried. SLC is a bit of a drive but it was worth it.
The atmosphere and service is very friendly. The decor is fun- they told us to check out the bathrooms, and they are definitely unique!
They don’t have normal soda, other than Diet Coke for some reason.
We got cheese bread to start and we also tried the cheese and the pepperoni pizza.
We paid $2 for two sides of ranch. The ranch was good but very strong on the dill.
The cheese bread had garlic chunks in it. That’s not ever a pleasant thing to bite into, I’m pretty sure it’ll take a dental cleaning to get rid of the garlic taste in my mouth. Despite that, the cheese bread was really good!
The pepperoni was too spicy for me, but both pizzas were really good and used high quality ingredients. The crust was very light and delicious.
Using the One Bite ranking system, Chris rates the pizza a 7.4.
I love the simple, small menu. All of their pie looked amazing, and I’ll probably be going back as many times as I need to in order to try everything they’ve got. They only use 4 ingredients in their dough: sourdough starter, flour, salt, and water. It’s so soft and airy, and tastes so good! Blends extremely well with the pies that they have on the menu.
They also sell some fun alcoholic beverages to try as well, like wine and local craft beers. You’ve got to check this place out, and it’s in such a fun location on 9th, where you can walk up and down to other shops nearby, or head up to liberty park.
You order, and then sit down- but they are attentive to you.
The garlic was huge, but it was actually really good. Soda is a good off brand.
Vibes are nice
Bonus: the staff is friendly and efficient. I love that they don’t use plastic cutter, cups, or dishes. The space is clean and well kept. Last but not least.. the bathrooms!! Omg. I die for the design. Over all this place is a 11/10!
