We liked most of the cookies. The chocolate chip cookie needs something; I couldn’t eat It. CC was dry and it didn’t have a chocolate chip cookie flavor. The brownies don’t have a rich chocolate flavor. Brownie taste’s like it’s made with cheap melted chocolate and the texture was grainy instead of a cocoa powder rich chewy brownie. PB fudge frosted cookie my hubby liked but said he couldn’t taste any PB, but would eat another one. The other cookies like pumpkin cheesecake, butterscotch caramel, cinnamon bun, and cranberry apricot oat cookies were really good.

I really wanted to love C. Krueger’s cookies, but unfortunately they were extremely disappointing. The cookies were so dry and crumbly that they were almost inedible. We’re big cookie lovers and have tried many brands, but these just missed the mark completely. I believe they were frozen at some point, so I’m not sure if that contributed to the texture, but overall they just weren’t enjoyable. For the price, I expected soft, flavorful cookies—not something that fell apart and lacked moisture. Definitely not worth it. Even my three year old wasn’t a fan.

I received a box of your cookies as a gift and the ones I ate initially were quite good one was exceptionally good. But I could not eat all of them in five days as there were too many. I followed your instructions to freeze the rest. Upon thawing out one of your cookies and opening the sealed wrap around it, the cookie proceeded to fall apart. It crumbled at the slightest touch. Another one did the same. My recommendation to all who buy or receive your cookies as a gift eat them within the five day time limit.

Ordered 24 cookies for my husband for Father’s Day. I received the wrong cookies so I reached out via email and they stated I must have received someone else’s order because they wouldn’t substitute as many as were different and they offered to resend or to refund. I chose the refund bc I don’t need another 24 cookies but I’m glad they responded so quickly and want to make it right. I am a repeat customer and enjoy their product.
Wanted the cookies to arrive on Friday the 14th, they arrived Thursday the 13th, no issues with shipping. Packaging was cute and my husband did try one of the flavors I knew he’d like and said it was very good. We just ended up with some flavors we didn’t request and we won’t eat them so we’ll be giving them away. Abigail in customer service was great!
