I usually never come here just because it’s so far from where I live, but I usually loveeee their smoothies. I feel like the experience could be so much better if the blonde girl at the drive thru wasn’t so rude and short. Customer service is a huge part about this industry and maybe this location would have better reviews if the customer service was improved. Would not recommend coming here unit this is worked on!

I’m a regular visitor to Smoothie King as I’m on the road a lot, and their smoothies are incredible. Tonight, after a long day, I ordered an Acai Bowl and a Smoothie through the app and went through the drive-through for pickup. Nobody else was in line, and I didn’t have to wait long. The smoothie was excellent! If you need a recommendation, get the Peanut Power Plus Strawberry. It’s amazing. The acai bowl, though…was a significant letdown. I really dislike blueberries—a lot. So, I modified my order on the app to remove blueberries and add extra bananas instead. I guess the person working went too fast and didn’t see the edit, so I had blueberries in the bowl, and no, it’s not the end of the world, but it sucked as I ate around them even after giving a few a try to see if I liked them. Nope. Smoothie King, you rarely let me down. Slow down and read the order. I need to have confidence in a mobile ordering service.

I ordered a regular-sized (20oz) smoothie, but I was charged for the 42oz size instead. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize the mistake until after I got into my car and drove away. When I was asked if I wanted a receipt, I said, “Yes, that’s fine,” but I was never given one. It felt like the receipt was intentionally withheld—possibly because if I had seen it, I would have noticed the overcharge and asked for a correction. On top of that, the smoothie didn’t taste as good as what I’ve had at other Smoothie King locations.

Been a couple of times, and I really enjoy the smoothies and bowls. As someone that works in the food industry myself, I understand how frustrating and hard it can be sometimes. I personally feel like the employees here don’t pay as much attention to customer service or attitude as they should. I made a specific order for a bowl—they gave it to me with everything added. I politely explained that I got a few things and they still gave me another bowl that was completely wrong. Wasn’t mad about the overall experience just incredibly annoyed.

I have to commend the three guys behind the counter, they were extremely nice and hard working. Usually when stores are busy the employees are rude. This was not the case. Full drive through, and packed in the inside and everyone was still nice while getting things done.

ABSOLUTELY RUDE!! the manager and his workers are so mean. They always have a terrible look on their face. I spend 15$ on a smoothie bowl almost everyday and I visit other smoothie kings and the consistency of their bowls are always much better than oxfords so I decide to start calling 2 hours ahead to let the manager know I would like no water in my bowl and my bananas cut smaller. He threw a fit basically saying they don’t cater to customers and reassured me nothing was going to happen to him or his customers!! Im scared to even spend money here anymore the manager gives off the vibe of spitting in your order.
