Ordered a large amount of food for a graduation brunch-assorted bagels & cream cheeses, fruit platter, breakfast burritos and coffee. Maria helped refine the order over the course of a week and was very helpful & quick to respond. Items were ready on time and packaged perfectly for transport and serving. Pricing was reasonable. Staff was friendly and helpful at pick up. Food was delicious and the burritos were a hit-large and cut in half for us. Stayed warm enough for the 3 hour duration of our party. Would highly recommend this place!

This place has a lot to offer with a large variety of options on the menu. I ordered the everything bagel with bacon, egg and cheese plus a cinnamon sugar bagel and a drink. My food was fresh and ready in less than 10 minutes. The store is clean with a relaxed atmosphere. The staff is friendly and welcomed me when I entered. It’s definitely worth another visit.

The bagel was at least a day or two old. Now I know why they asked if I wanted it toasted, which still couldn’t hide the fact that it was not a fresh bagel. And who charges $4.50 for a bagel with cream cheese? Save yourself the disappointment and go to bagel bin in Huntersville…their bagels are FRESH and reasonably priced.

I really don’t see how people truly love this place. I only stop here if It’s in the morning and I’m driving by to start a long drive on 77. There’s really nothing else around so I’ll stop quick. Every time I come here I always forget how terrible their bagels are. It’s so obvious they aren’t made fresh and have been sitting around. I heard they make them in one location and then drive them around to their other locations. Still they must have been made the night before because they’re always so stale and tough to chew. I grew up in New York and worked in a bagel place for 5 years. Even if we made a bagel at 5am and it sat until later in the day it wouldn’t have that texture and consistency. This place would be out of business if it was located in New York.

Good place, we stopped here to eat something light for lunch so ordered everything bagel with egg n cheese and everything bagel with veggie melt. I really liked that they make fresh egg. Both the items tasted good and fresh, I recommend this place, wish the bagels would be a litbit softer, overall a good experience.

I went to the store on Davidson and very annoyed, inconvenienced and disappointed!! After order was wrong I spoke with them and they told me to come back and they’d correct due to their Miscommunication and they wouldn’t correct it without me paying extra so i was annoyed about that and I ended up just taking the wrong food and as if that didn’t start my day off wrong ; on top of it being the wrong order, the hashbrown patty was grossly undercooked and part of it wasn’t.l even there!!

Great people and environment. I also love how they cooked my eggs fresh on the grill for my bacon egg and cheese bagel. My 3 star on food all comes down to quality and tast of the everything bagel. It has no garlic or salt. How can you have an everything bagel with out these? The bagel was also dry and not toasted sufficiently so it was cold from the counter on my cream cheese bagel. It you love their bagels you will love this place. For me it’s back to Bruegger’s. A place I hate but bagels I love.
