Look at how little meat is on this dorito loco supreme. Almost 11 bucks to get less than half the meat i get at almost every taco bell. Also had to remind them for my cup but who cares? This is my only meal today and I got screwed. I walked all the way back to my tractor, and am not going to spend another 25 minutes to walk back, complain, wait for potentially upset employees to make me new food, and potentially get screwed again. Guess I’ll just go hungry. Only things good were petro cleans the floors well and the customers were happy cheery folks. But screwing customers on already Inflated food prices is just wrong and no amount of happy folks will fill my stomach.

This place is absolute trash! I paid $23 for my first meal at 8:45pm. Everything is stale, slimy, and disgusting. Not to mention the people making it are all some sketchy characters. I watched them the entire time and they were all definitely up to no good. Especially this short boy with long hair and a giant hoop earring. They turn their backs to the crowd and keep looking back and laughing. So what am I to think is happening? I took 1 bite, was completely disgusted and I threw the whole thing out. Told everyone in line not to bother and they all agreed that the place was disgusting and walked away with me. As soon as you go get your fountain drink is an immediate red flag. The ENTIRE area is COVERED with trash! I’m so sick of being restricted to fast food at truck stops and it’s always some young, kid, with an attitude, making your food, and messing everything up!!!

My food was thrown in the bag, the burritos weren’t even wrapped right! It was very loose. My meat was cold, They basically folded it over and said F U. They cut my chicken quesadilla over the plastic … What an embarrassment.

The taco bell here in Kenly Petro should be ashamed to serve food like this. I ordered the 3 dorito locos tacos and I got to eat 1 full one which was already part soft. The other 2 I didn’t really get to eat cause as you see it was soggy and falling apart in my hands. How did a dorito taco get so soggy when i didn’t even have to go far to. I also ordered a crunch wrap and that was soggy…I would have been better at Wendy’s especially being I paid $12.47 for much that I couldn’t even eat.

I had a mobile order, had to wait 10 min before I finally got someone’s attention to tell them I had a mobile order. Was given my bag, could tell in 1 glance I was missing items. But the guy already disappeared, had to wait a few more minutes before I was acknowledged again. Told them I was missing items. They quickly got me what I was missing. I got home with my order and the potatoes are literally burnt. They’re harder than croutons. Quite disappointed and of course it’s impossible to get them on the phone to let them know.

If yall don’t wanna work that’s fine stay home but as a trucker we appreciate warm food!! Not cold food. Maybe staying home you can make warm food for your ppl. If I had known food would be served cold the beans I would rather have gotten subway or Wendy’s.

They should be sued for false advertisement on how they prepare food items, I was intised with the look of the Cantina Bowl and when I get it I was super disappointed, a pinch of salad, a teaspoon of beans and rice and was given the spicy Cantina bowl that I did not ask for, we like to stop by this Truckstop but these young folks working there is not it. The bowl was so short of items it did not even touch the top cover who wants that, I expected more but got less, I will not order from. Here agai. Such a disappointment.
