We love getting food from 426 Caribbean Cuisine. Lynn – the owner is easy to work with. We ordered several dishes for a catered party. Her skills were wonderful and I truly recommend getting food catered for your next party by this restaurant. We come here quite often and REALLY enjoy the taste and flavor of the food. It’s really ethnic Haitian cuisine!

I always like to leave reviews whether the service/food was good or bad….This place was so welcoming and clean…. When you walk in the door you are welcomed and you feel the peace of God. The food was very flavorful and fresh… people compare their oxtails to Jamaican oxtails but it’s Haitian cuisine and they have their own flavors and approach to certain dishes. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new Taste in their lives. Thanks be to God for an Establishment like this.

Came to Dover on a work trip, never would I have expected to run into a Haitian Restaurant. To my surprise everything was tasty! Super clean, great music and the lady who assisted me was very personable. Anytime I’m in Dover, I’m going to have to stop in.

The food was absolutely delicious and came in very generous portions. The customer service was phenomenal as well, and the lady who served me was incredibly sweet and polite. The restaurant itself is very clean and tidy, and the prices are great too. I left a well deserved tip and definitely am coming back.

I stopped by this beautiful Haitian restaurant in Dover DE . I really enjoyed my meal they had a really nice fillet of fish I think it was an Italian fish called Bronzino. It was served with black mushroom rice wish was called black rice.

My husband and I stopped in not knowing the restaurant was there but smelling the food outside as we were walking by. We decided to go in and was greeted by a woman whom I believe may be the owner. She told us the menu items and we made our selections from there. I had fried turkey, he had fried chicken and the sides we picked were rice & beans and cabbage. The food was good although the portions could be more. There was a hefty portion of the rice and beans but not as heavy with the cabbage or meats. Neither of us had tried Haitian dishes before so didn’t know what to expect. The woman was very pleasant and helpful with us being undecided on what to get. We would recommend the restaurant and would go back.
