Absolutely wonderful place to stop in and eat at. The food was delicious, fresh and tasted amazing!! The spicy hummus they have (it’s green with feta cheese in it) is hands down the best hummus I’ve ever had!! The owner and employee were so nice in helping me with my food selection and even let me sample things to make sure I would enjoy my bowl. Prices were reasonable and well worth the portion sizes. The owner stepped out and came to the table to ask if we were enjoying our meal and asked for any feedback on anything at all. We just replied honestly when we said everything was amazing! Will definitely be back when we are in the area!

Went here to try it out. Very friendly service and they made my falafels and crispy chicken fresh. Fresh ingredients were restocked by them when some items didn’t look as fresh (rice wrapped in grape leaves) unprompted I like that. Didn’t seem as busy as I thought it would be but I was glad. Lots of choices and surprisingly enough the chickpea croutons were wonderful! Only thing was that they had an ad that said to download their app for a free bowl, but it never appeared in the app so I feel like that was a little misleading. Will come again.

Absolutely loved my meal at Hummus Republic! The veggie bowl was fresh, colorful, and perfectly balanced with bold flavors. All the toppings paired beautifully with their creamy, flavorful hummus and perfectly cooked falafels. The Sweet potato fries were crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and seasoned to perfection—honestly addictive.
To top it all off, the tahini shake was outstanding: smooth, rich, and just the right amount of sweetness. It was the perfect complement to the meal and something I’d come back for alone.

This place is a crap shoot. The first time we went, it was absolutely delicious and we had no issues with our order. We thought we had found a new regular spot. Every time after that, whether carry out or delivery, something has gone wrong – they helped someone before me that came in well after, items have been missing, received very little meat to the point of it not being worth the price, wrap was assembled poorly to the point of not being able to eat it without a fork, etc. The food is great and fresh, but the service and consistency need work. Leaving this review so management hopefully starts taking the service more seriously because I really want to like this restaurant, and I keep giving them chances to get it right again like the first time!

We recently went to Hummus Republic for dinner and had such a great experience! The food was absolutely delicious and incredibly fresh — you can really taste the quality in every bite. The portions were generous and very satisfying.
The staff was warm and friendly, and the owner was present and very attentive, which made the experience even better. He genuinely took the time to ask for feedback and whether there was anything he could improve on, which we really appreciated. It’s always amazing to see an owner so involved and committed to customer satisfaction.
We left feeling happy, full, and looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

We recently moved to Delaware and Hummus Republic was the first place we visited. The owner and staff were amazing, they greeted us well and took time to explain us the various flavors of hummus – yes they have 5 different flavors to choose from.
Food was fresh and flavorful, they even offered us fresh falafel to taste it on the house. I am pretty sure it’s going to be one of my Go-To places around.
I’m glad to choose Hummus Republic over Chipotle that afternoon.

I recently stopped by Hummus Republic on Columbus Pike, and I’m so glad I did! This place is a hidden gem if you love fresh, flavorful food.The décor was inviting and the options are fantastic.
I built my own bowl, and the variety of options blew me away. Generous portions of perfectly cooked proteins to crisp veggies and their amazing hummus and sauces, every bite was delicious. Their falafel is also a must try.

Awesome place to eat! So many options for everyone and the food is amazing. I got a chicken shawarma bowl and you can tell it’s all fresh ingredients and the chicken was cooked perfectly. Definitely recommend. They also left me a nice note.

The falafel here was so good! The staff fried it fresh when I ordered. The selection is very good, and staff is so helpful. I got chicken shawarma as well. The spices were a bit sweet to my liking, but it was very tender and flavorful. As a Midwestern white girl, my tolerance for spiciness (think picante, not flavor) the harissa was too spicy for me, but I’m sure it’s be fine for most anyone else. I will definitely eat here again.
