Had Too Throw Away My Bowl, the sheer amount of Salt that was in the rice, along with physical clumps of Salt was horrid, had to end up tossing the whole bowl away, I asked the shift and person upfront if there’s anything they can do, all they had to offer was a sorry didn’t even offer to remake. I’ve been to all the other locations in the treasure Valley and this one will just never do it for me. I would rather take the 30 minute drive to a different location because this location doesn’t prioritize Customer satisfaction. The steak at this location is always fat and super unpleasant to eat. The queso is thick and the guac is brown employees were not much of a help either definitely need new management to make sure we get fresh food!

Great new Chipotle location South of the freeway. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Store was clean as it’s new. They have 6 to 7 outdoor seating tables. Service with super quick and food was delicious.

I had high expectations for the opening day and am quite satisfied! The place is extremely clean, the employees are all good people with great vibes, and both the quality and portion of food is outstanding! Definitely one of the better Chipotles in the valley.
Also has a drive thru! Never seen one on a Chipotle before, might try it out in the future.
Management: I overheard a manager mentally prepping his team for the dinner rush, emphasizing cleanliness, consistency, and efficiency. Also chatted with what seemed to be a Shift Lead, great and friendly guy.

Well, make sure you read the invisible white print on the glass! They charged me $2.75 for a tiny little scoop of guacamole! They need to let you know that they’re charging you extra for that. What a joke! Definitely not coming back just cause of that

First time at Chipotle! Bummer they have such an inferior product to all of the other fast casual Mexican style places. The rice is mostly cilantro, the meat is mostly fat. The whole bowl is cold withing 2 minutes of sitting down! The tiny chips and queso was really disappointing. The cheese sauce was gritty and congealed. Honestly Café Rio and Costa Vida and Qdoba are just indescribably better than this. Sorry!

I love chipotle but every time I come to this one I always get something wrong, last time I asked for a regular cup with my kids meal because I didn’t want chocolate milk, and they charged me for a large cup instead of just giving me the free kids cups. Then I go today and I asked for rice and corn on both and was not given corn on one of them and for some reason my tinfoil was stuck to half of my quesadilla and would not come off

Been going to this particular Chipotle for a while, and I’ve decided I’m done! About half the time the order is wrong (the burrito doesn’t have what I asked for), and this evening they only filled the burrito about halfway. It looks deflated!
The food is expensive. That’s fine, but if you charge people $14/burrito, then you should conduct your business with higher standards.
It seems I’m not the only one—there are a lot of bad reviews. Apparently something stinks with the management. Hopefully corporate dispatches a special agent to clean up this mess of a restaurant, but I’m out.

I am absolutely furious about the cost to feed my family of five. I spent $45.90 to have two gross burrito bowls with small portions and three kids meals that were an absolute rip off. The “fruit” portion was a tiny orange and the kid’s quesadillas were the size of a street taco. I am extremely disappointed with this overpriced excuse for a meal. I will not go back and I don’t recommend this horrible restaurant. Chipotle=Garbage
