Besides being one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever eaten due to its terrible taste, the dough and cheese didn’t connect, as the photo shows, making eating this pizza a disgusting experience. The pizza was also completely poorly cut. I request support to resolve this horrible experience.It didn’t look like a pizza, but rather a Lego puzzle.The cheese flew in one direction and the pizza in another.

My first Chicago deep dish pizza, I ordered the 10” with Italian beef, black olives and extra cheese, it was $20 and is surprisingly heavy to carry, it was delicious, very good, couldn’t finish, will absolutely be back – probably going to try the anchovies and black olives next time, highly recommend Rosati’s !

So this store decides to steal money from people after getting the order wrong. The manager was extremely rude. And said that that wasn’t his problem. He said he wasn’t losing out on money for anyone’s mistakes. Which was his employee that made the mistake. -10 out of 10. Will never recommend.

Unfortunately, we got our pizza really quick. Ordered at 8:20 and delivered at 8:45. Somehow the toppings were removed and the pizza was undercooked. It’s hard to imagine how they took the order, had it picked up and delivered fresh in that amount of time. It was supposed to arrive at 9:30 leaving us and our guests confused by the presentation. It was crushed in the box, there was very little sauce and the cheese was completely oozed onto one side. I hope this was cooked properly.. but I have my concerns based on the timeline. Does SLICE have a complaint department?

Is it the best pizza in Chicago? No. But, it’s exactly what you’d want for 6 dollars for a large slice and a soda. The Restaurant isn’t the cleanest, but most people do
