Arrived at 10:20 AM 12/19/2025, no one was present n the front, we waited 10 minutes- Opened the front door to trigger the bell a second time, I even went as far to call the store twice and knock on the cracked hallway door. No one ever came to the front. We left at 10:30 AM incredibly disappointed.

Giving 0 star should be an option instead of a 1 star. When I walked in, the worker didn’t even seem like he wanted to be there, just had a rude face since the time I walked in. I figured he might have had a long day, so whatever. When I told him which bread I wanted, he simply just took it out and put on the counter without anything underneath it. Like who knows when was the last time time that counter was cleaned. And he even had a paper out where they make the food, but he just instead put it on the bare counter. Then while making the sandwich, I told him give me just a bit extra on one of the condiments, initially he didn’t and I thought he didn’t hear me. Then after he was done making my sub, I told him again to give me just a bit more one only ONE of the condiments. He simply tells me “you can’t get anymore, sandwich is done making”. Like seriously? I’ve been a subway customer for many years, and I’ve never heard that before. He acted like that condiment would come out of his paycheck. I was simply baffled. Subway please do something about it. All that I mentioned here is toally unacceptable. For sure I’ll go to other locations, but this is my last time at this one

Last week, I visited and asked a question, ‘Is it not busy during this time of day?’ — and I didn’t get an answer, so I asked another employee. I commented that employees should be able to communicate in English, and got a reply: ‘Maybe you should learn Spanish.’ The employee called me a racist.
She then said: how would you feel if I called you Chinese?
Which I find offensive because her comment was simply not appropriate.
I honestly think they need to improve their customer service skills, or else they’ll lose more customers.

Around 5:30 PM on Friday March 06: Very worst experience of any subway!! Never ever before a subway staff tells me (no this is enough) when saying the requested additives to sandwitches (e.g. Halapeno, onion, dressings, …) and he already puts toooo little of these when asked. He was also speaking impolitely, does no understand english and had very hard time asking him to mark the 5 sandwitches with name first letters. He kept repeating (no more adding) for almost every sandwitch. Worst experience ever!!

Never had issue ordering online in the past at this location but now they can’t take responsibility and can’t issuing me a refund or remake the food because they claim someone with the same name and order pick it up. I know the fact that it a lie because the last time I made the order in the past, I pick it up and show them my order on the phone. They didn’t bother to look and confirm it the correct order. They just leave the pickup order on the counter where anyone can grab and walk out with it.

Extremely rude worker. I asked if she could make sure to use a fresh knife and to not have any meat cross contact and she laughed at me and rolled her eyes and said if you want to buy it fine, if not then don’t buy it!

I avoid to go to this Subway. There is always a lady with horrible attitude, and smart remarks. I don’t know why this place is still opened, or why she hasn’t gotten fired. All the reviews are bad.

Extremely rude to 2 little daughters . Messed up their order and would not fix it and argued they did not give her right order. She opened the sub and had to leave without it even though we paid for it. Refused to share manager contact. 2 little kids got me from the car due to how rude she was and she scared them.

Today I am changing my review about this subway location, only because of an extremely rude and unprofessional worker, who used to work in the location inside the Walmart. Since kids heat him I was driving to this particular location. Today as soon as walked in we found him in this location, he did not great us, did not ask as for our orders and kept himself busy with writing something, not only that he even did not said what was his excuse for not getting our orders. After 7 minutes waiting my daughter told me to leave for another location. His name according my daughter is Eusebad. I am sure many other reviewers would change too.
