Enjoyed a Latin surf and turf experience @curadofoodtruck an awesome food truck with latin seafood flavors with tostadas, tacos, quesadillas, ceviche, surf and turf nachos. We loved their spread of surf and turf nachos. I loved their shrimp and cheese tacos with their spicy green salsa. The ceviche was refreshing with infused Latin flavors and a very fun concept. We were also impressed at how beautiful and delicious their tostadas were. There was so much color and flavor in each dish. You’ve gotta try their passion fruit agua fresca – it was sooo good!

This food truck is on my list of favorites. Their food is so fresh and delicious. I’ve had:
Crab dip, beef quesadilla, surf n turf tacos, mango n tuna tostada, shrimp michelada w/topo Chico. Everything was great! And the wonderful ladies making this food were the absolute nicest! Thank you for a great experience.

First time coming to this food truck (I was trying to try another food truck that was next to it, but it was unexpectedly closed). I got the shrimp toast and it was Delicious! I ate it on my way home and I wish I had bought 2 . I’m glad the other food truck was closed so that I was able to try this one instead. I’ll be back….probably in a day or so, lol.

Hit and miss. The surf and turf nachos are very very good. But the large shrimp ceviche tasted like nothing but clamato and had a little bit of shrimp.
