This little gem in a small town was a breath of fresh air. Walking in there is a classic stool at the bar option to sit at and chat up the waitress. A couple small rooms boast tables for 2 and 4 and it keeps things cozy. The food was good and fresh. The coffee was enjoyable. My hubby and I hit it right at noon on Sunday so we were lucky to get a table. Service was slower but good, and to be expected for having every table full. Definitely check this place out for delicious all day breakfast or a yummy burger. I got the veggie omelet and my husband got the cowboy burger.

Classic breakfast food! We had the CSC and the Mexican Skillet and both were great. Our server did an awesome job checking in on us even though she was training as well. We would definitely come back! It is also located right at the start of the downtown area, and it was perfect to take a walk around after we ate.

Our food eggs Benedict came out, looked great but was very cool, the ham was cold….ordered decaf coffee, the waitress was willing to make some? Ordered a milk, seemed spoiled/separated? They didn’t have anymore? We tried to tell the waitress that our order was cold & we wanted to order something else..escalated to where she stated she wasn’t giving us free eggs Benedict? She was hollering at me & I responded ( shut up) you can not holler at me as the customer ..her response was that we’re banned…
I did pay my bill for spoiled milk & cold eggs Benedict…? No, I did not leave a tip…I think her day was getting away from her…p.s the table next to us said theirs was cold last time too

I had a Cumberland Salad today, with Grilled chicken breast, bacon, mixed lettuce, avocado, green peppers, tomatoes, hard-boiled egg, Wisconsin cheddar cheese, cucumber, and served with choice of dressing.
About a year ago, I had the same salad, so I decided to compare the 2 photos. I was very surprised at the appearance of today’s salad, and wanted to ask for the “fancy” silverware to eat this meal!
I didn’t expect this quality of presentation at a small-town Cafe! I made sure the owners were aware of my “beyond expectations” delight, and let them know I’d be back!

First meal was so good we came back for dinner. Taco salad was a large portion, the Chorizo omelette was huge and flavorful. And for those who can take some heat ask for a side the homemade salsa. You won’t be disappointed!

I’ve been here for dine in and I’ve ordered pickup a few times. Every time the food has been excellent Very comfy home feel while eating in and fast, friendly service.
Picture is of a Chef salad ordered for pickup. Vegetables were fresh and size of salad portion was perfect.
Prices here meet the quantity and quality of food. Definitely will be back for more!
PS, don’t forget the pie, best tasting banana cream pie I’ve ever had!

For brekkie, we especially like the Caliente Skillet, served with their special hot sauce, avocado slices, and pancakes with real Maple syrup!
